I came in to have my ring inspected and cleaned, and it needed to have a stone tightened. There was some misunderstanding about my warranty, but the employees at this location listened to me and helped to resolve the issue. They made me feel important from the time I walked into the store to the time I left. They worked hard to ensure all my questions and concerns were answered, and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The customer service at this location went above and beyond my expectations.

Long story short-bought a ring for my anniversary and they needed to size it, this process took 3 visits. Once they said it was finally ready we went to get it. In two days two diamonds fell out so we took it back and just said give us our money back. They refunded all but the labor to size the ring which I didn’t like but agreed to. During the process of all this the credit card I put the ring on had a payment due, I was going to just pay it off but due to the issues we had I told them what was going on and they said call back once everything is fixed. So I did, I had to pay the 68 bucks plus a late fee and now I just got another bill saying I owe these crooks another 3 bucks. The ad says he went to Jared, he sure did, once to look another 3 times to size it, and finally to take the junk back. Stay away from this place it’s just a bunch of high priced inferior jewelry

My husband went to Jared's to buy me an anniversary ring, which was incredibly sweet of him. Unfortunately, the ring needed resizing and he chose a specific stone (a peridot) for it. After they notified me that it was ready, I went to pick it up but found it was too big. This started a frustrating cycle—three visits in total—for resizing. Finally, after receiving it, stones started falling out after just two days. We contacted them, spoke with the manager, and they assured us they would fix everything without additional charges. However, when the bill arrived, it included unexpected late fees and charges. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare—constant runarounds and no resolution in sight. It's gotten to the point where this ring feels like a full-time job! To top it off, we were hit with more late fees while trying to sort out the mess. Three late fees later and now a $3.00 bill, we've decided we'll never go back to Jared's again. Their products seem cheaply made, and their billing practices are beyond frustrating and inaccurate!

While we had a little setback at first, we are very satisfied with the quality and design of our set. Both our sales lady and the manager did everything they could to ensure we were both happy. Definitely recommended for everyone, just be nice to them!

Lily was extremely helpful today. I had a loose channel set diamond and she facilitated my ring being repaired while I waited. I was in and out with my repaired ring in 10 minutes. Thank you!
