I recently visited James Avery Jewelry to have a baby ring engraved and was impressed with the entire experience. The staff took the ring and had it ready for pick-up the following week, with custom engraving costing only $20. I appreciated being able to see and choose from different styles and font sizes on the screen, which ensured I got exactly what I wanted. For anyone choosing engraving in the store please be sure to look at the screen for the options!
Additionally, I purchased a charm for a bracelet, and the process was quick and easy. The checkout staff were friendly, and the store was clean and well-organized. Overall, a great experience at James Avery Jewelry.

I had a bad experience at another location and called and spoke with Courtney the store manager to see if what I had experienced was standard. She heard me out apologized on behalf of the other store and asked me to come into her store so that she could make it right. I felt seen, cared for and not just a dollar sign but a valued customer. I must add that this was during the holiday time. She was crazy busy but that didn’t affect her customer service which was impeccable. I appreciate her and her staff, it starts at the top and she is an example of exactly that. Thanks Courtney!

Went to JA tonight and Ms Sharon helped us! She was so friendly and helpful. She told us about the policy of return for broken chains and helped us pick out the perfect gift for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow! Thanks Ms Sharon. We will be back!
