Carlos Campos is a very bad manager associate. He is rude and didn’t help me with writing a car report for being the car rental being unsafe to drive at end of rental return.

Fantastic. They worked with me when I needed it. Great organization. Surprised me how reasonable their price was because Enterprise used to be my go to car rental because they chrgd less. I think Hertz beats them now on hvg the better pricing. Thx Hertz

I just rented a car there today and Josh was very nice. I'm leaving a review because I was surprised at how low the reviews are here and got nervous to rent from here.I will say that you can't choose your own car here, even as President's Circle or Gold - they just give you one - but my car is fine. Josh was very nice and I came early and they still got me taken care of.I will likely rent from here again, it's not as bad as the reviews say in my experience. :)

Rented a Tesla 3 online. When I got there they offered to rent a Model Y. That was all fine but when it got down to it the insurance charges they started asking for were quickly adding up to the same cost as the total rental on the car.This is the kind of low ball rental/ kill 'em on the insurance tactics that I hate about car rental places. What should be a low stress interaction turns into "well you might be ok but you will surely face financial RUIN if you don't take all of the insurance we are offering" It sucks.

The Hertz brand has really gone down over years. From the ridiculous automated system that hangs up on you when you are trying to reach the ACTUAL rental property to speak with someone to their delays in updating availabel rentals. Being a Hertz Platinum member is no longer the premium experience it used to be.

So this used to be my go to place for reserving a car as a gold member. Never again, at least not as long as anthony Morgan is the manager. In all the years that I have been dealing with Hertz, I've never encountered the lack of poor customer service that I received when encountering anthony. I reserved a same day rental. Upon my arrival, I was told no cars were available and the few that were there were for the customers that reserved before I did. He did not make any effort to find a car at another location and excused his laziness by saying, "I tried to call you". How he made it to branch manager definitely was not his expertise in customer service unless that service was to certain individuals. What used to be a pleasant experience with Hertz the woodlands has now been marred by the unpleasantness of anthony Morgan and his co manager Josh wells was of no service either.

Would not recommend renting through Hertz, terrible customer service, the representative talks down to you, argues with you, and their cars smelt like smoke. Wouldn’t recommend giving this location your money.

I had alot of question and a few changes up until the day of getting my rental. Anytime i called Eric or Joshua ( i think that was his name ) they answered them and never seemed bothered. Fast forward to the day of picking up the rental... there ended up being a mixup with my CC. Eric worked with me to get it resolved and on my way i went. On top of that Eric also asked me where i was going and made the transaction very personable! They get paid so little so i didnt expect him to care but he did!I must admit after reading the other reviews i was a bit intimated but i always say treat people how you want to be treated and that is what i did.Thank you Hertz and a big thank you to Eric for the pleasant pick up.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Every person that works at this location is a lying incompetent low life. Asked for a rental car and they used my card to pre authorize the rental. Then told me they can't and canceled. Lazy low life incompetent dweebs. They deserve to work at a rental car place. That is about as far as they will go in life.

I am a Gold member, and I've used this location twice and received the best service out of the recent rentals at airports. Anthony was extremely helpful after I did a same-day rental for a Tesla. He explained the process and worked with me to get another car on the lot. Each time I've gone into the office, I've been informed and helped. I was nervous after reading the reviews that I was going to have another bad Hertz experience but thankfully, it didn't turn out that way. I will be using this location going forward, especially now that I know to reserve specialty cars in advance.

Very horrible customer service. I brought the car back cleaned of all trash, and they still said it was dirty and we had to pay $250. He said it was common courtesy to clean the car, but it wasn't in the contract. When we tried talking to him, he said "peace" and walked off. We must pay money because of a childish employee who shouldn't work here. The car was clean. The rules were "no smoking, no sand, and no pets." We followed our end, but this location couldn't follow theirs. Never have I had an issue with Hertz until this location.

I had a very bad experience with Enterprise recently so I decided to give Hertz a shot. My first experience could not have gone better. Excellent service, clean vehicle and the price was amazing. I will be back.

Great service! Needed a car at the last minute. Reserved the manager special online and picked up right before close. They picked out a car that worked for me. Highly recommended!
