H-Town steam come and cleaned my couch and area rug. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. My couch and rug look 10 times better, and the couch smells so much better now. The technician let me see the water after cleaning my area rug, and let me tell you, it was LONG due for a cleaning. I didn't realize how dirty it was. If youre looking for a professional service that does a great job, it's worth giving them a try.

I highly recommend H-town Steam. They are honest, capable and a great family owned business. Nate came to our home with such a great energy and proceeded to efficiently and effectively steam clean our chair and sofa- making them look like new! What a great experience from first contact on the phone to completion and payment for a reasonable price for a job well done. We are very satisfied with this company!

H-Town Steam did a good job cleaning our very pet stained dirty carpets doing the upstairs den and master bedroom as well as the stairs. The whole price was only $200. The work was done promptly and efficiently without upselling and the technician was courteous and professional. I would use them again.

Fast work and very responsive. We did need them to go back out since the carpet still had a bit of a smell from the previous home owner, but H-town steam did not hesitate to help. Recommend!

H Town Steam is definitely the best one. Setting up an appointment was easy. I had scheduled their service for rug and sofa cleaning. The pricing was competitive. On the day of the appointment the technician was running late, but he kept me informed about it. He did a good job in explaining in detail about tough stains. However, I was not too happy with the initial cleaning. After a brief follow up with the customer service, they scheduled a free touch up & clean up service. It was quick. Jeremiah showed up in time and re cleaned the sofa and rugs. He finished up the job quickly and there was no mess left behind. Appreciate the professionalism. Jeremiah, you deserve a five-star recognition. I would use their services again.

H town clean was a great service. They had a good price on a one room clean with a walk in closet. The guy that came out was quick and efficient. The carpet wasn't as clean as we'd like it not from a looks perspective but from a feel perspective after the first go round. They were able to come out again for a free go over and after that clean it felt much better. The carpet is old so I believe they did the best that they could. The tech was knowledge and friendly and you could tell he enjoyed his job. They communicated well prior to the visit. I would recommend

Jeremiah came to clean my carpet this morning. He was timely, professional, and cleaned the carpet at my apartment very quickly and effectively. I am happy with the level of communication (calling and texting a day before, and notifying me when he was on his way). I will keep this place in mind for future carpet cleaning! No weird smells from product or anything lingered in the space cleaned. Jeremiah did indicate that the carpet might take 6 hours to fully dry. Note: This was my first time hiring someone to do a carpet cleaning. I hired them as part of my apartment move out and my needs for a basic cleaning were met.

We had them come to clean our carpets after we moved out. We have 5 cats and a dog so there were some pet smells. After the technician finished, our house smelled so much better and the carpets looked brand new!

I recently had a renovation in my home and the contractors left me carpet in really bad shape. I found this colony on Yelp and they did an amazing job on my carpet and even removed some heavily soiled spots. I would certainly use them again! Great job guys!

Chris did our carpet steaming and tile cleaning job to remove pet odors and stains. They did an amazing job and even provided pictures of before and after for us. They went above and beyond. We also got. to talk with the supervisor who explained thoroughly what the process would look like. Thank you for your help in restoring our rental unit.
