I’m not sure what’s happened at this place but customer service has degraded to the point that I’m going somewhere else. Been a patron to this pharmacy for so many years I can’t remember and everyone seemed like they cared. Unfortunately as of late there a lot of new staff members and they are exceptionally rude. Even when there’s no one there they take forever to even acknowledge that you’re waiting. Here’s a tip for your HEB pharmacy…when it’s busy, take the 1 second and tell those waiting that you’ll be with them as soon as possible…that goes a long way vs ignoring them for 10 min. You can get scripts anywhere, save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere that appreciates their customers.

I switched here from CVS and regret it. I called in a prescription refill. This was an already approved refill two of six and I called the number on the bottle. I went to check if it was ready. they said it was filled yesterday but we dont know where it was filled and we don't have it. I called my insurance company who says that this was Indeed filled yesterday at this H-E-B. I thought maybe insurance was stopping it because perhaps an old prescription was pending at my previous pharmacy so I went there. They seem to weirdly have a vague record of it but nothing was there. I went back to H-E-B and they said they discovered it was filled at the CVS and they had it transferred back. All I did was call the number on the darn H-E-B rx bottle for legit refill 2 of 6 yet somehow my rx prescription was now at CVS. There was never a need to contact my doctor about this prescription. It was already approved. I never asked anybody to switch this to CVS and neither did my doctor. I never mentioned CVS to this doctor because she's a new doctor to me and I was switching pharmacies. It was an already approved refill through H-E-B. H-E-B had to have transferred it erroneously. Thankfully, I was able to get it but when this refill is up, I'll Be switching

Horrible customer service and employees were horribly rude! Was told that my prescription would be finished in 20 mins. I left and came back an hour later and was told that it would be 20 mins and if I would take a seat, they could fill it faster. I had the prescription sent to the Creekside location and it was filled by the time I got there.

This is seriously the worst H‑E‑B pharmacy. They told me my medicine would be ready at 4:30 at 3:20. Then at 4:37 that it would 10-15 more minutes and it would be put under "urgent", came back at 5 way longer then 10-15 later and it's STILL not ready. It's currently 5:15 and my stuff was BEARLY ready. It's frustrating to keep being told a time and it's nowhere near that time just be honest. Not everyone lives 5 mins away or can wait over an hour just to keep getting items that aren't true. This is always with this pharmacy. Get it together please

There is no issue with the actual medication received. The issue is with the communication between the pharmacy and the system used to receive the prescription initially. At one point the doctor had to send one order 3 times. In the end H‑E‑B Pharmacy admitted they have problems with their system from time to time. That is very understandable. However, when a patient calls I believe H‑E‑B should state that instead of just stating the doctor didn’t send it. That resulted in way too many phone calls and much frustration overall for all involved. Hopefully in the future they will get this problem resolved. There is a drive-through at this location. It is located opposite the end of the building from the gas station side. If you are facing the front of the store the drive-through is on the left side.

Usually, this pharmacy is very helpful, but today I needed a prescription for an antibiotic for a UTI. They were out of stock. It is Saturday at 10:30 am. I am told that we can go to another HEB pharmacy or wait until Monday... maybe after 2:30 pm as that is the last delivery. I am in pain, 82 years old, and cannot get to the other pharmacies. I must wait. The last pharmacy my insurance covered would get the prescription delivered to my local pharmacy for me on the same day. If my prescription insurance for next year covers my last pharmacy, I will go back to where they take care of me. So sorry.

I went to pick up my curbside tonight. I was text that all product was available. I get home and 11 of my items are missing from the order but yet I was charged for them. I call the store and they say they cannot help as curbside has gone home and customer service had gone home at 5. So they currently have $40 of mine and my product. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently I was talking to a manager. There was no effort or care to make a wrong right. This really was unfortunate as the last time my avocodos were all rotten and they gave me a a ripped bag of thawed what was suppose to be frozen chicken strips. When I filled out the survey and asked for a call back, I never received one. The two times before that, they had not picked my order when I arrived in my selected time slot. We pay extra for curbside service.
So I left the house and went to the Kroger across the street to get the product that HEB still has of mine but has charged me for. This is really too bad. This HEB has been my store for 15 years. It's not the newest or biggest, but the one closest to me and the one I knew. Sorry HEB it should be 3 strikes you are out. 4 strikes - well I was the one a little slow and should have known better than to have placed another order.
I don't like having to post this, but maybe this way I may get my money back and a call back?

My pharmacy. Best one in The Woodlands. Staff is wonderful. Store is always fully stocked...2021...I love the floristry...they make the most gorgeous balloon bouquets here and ,of course, flowers...they have delicious fresh SUSHI....GO GET VACCINATED IN THE INDIAN SPRINGS HEB PHARMACY...WALKINS WELCOME.

Stephanie, Louie and Anna are MY HEB FLORAL DREAM TEAM. I approached them regarding a couples shower and from our VERY first meeting every word they spoke was one of professionalism, confidence, reassurance and kindness. ... and let me tell you they DELIVERED! It was absolutely gorgeous. They deliver and did set up for a very small fee. The flowers and greenery were so affordable and the results were stunning. They brought helium on site and filled balloons!!! I have gotten to know many associates at HEB over the years and they ALL have been wonderful. Some have moved on and some have passed...I miss all my HEB friends. If you are ever in need of floral advise, design or set up...HEB had it knocked! THANKS AGAIN TO STEPHANIE, LOUIE AND ANNA!!
