pharmacy manager will not accept blame for screwing up. That may be costing me thousands of dollars. When I explained their error of them sliding the wrong diabetic sensors thru the dive thru, I saw "sensors" on the screen (but no details and honestly, if it did (it was like 2-3 words on the screen), I wouldn't know becasue I was picking them someone who was unable to go there herself)So patient calls them, and they said "NO!" we will not refund or accept an unopened return. I understand not accepting the return but then refund should of still happened.Pharmacist then switch the blame to doctor. This doctor never screwed up a pharmacy order, in the end every time something was screwed up, it was clearly the pharmacy. When I make a mistake, I pay for it but not them.If a pharmacy is mistake prone and then blames others, then that is a very dangerous scenario. What if that same policy and dishonest attitude put the wrong medication in the bag?? and you then you swolled the mystery pill? The State of Texas needs to investigate them, clearly.

Normally I would say I love this pharmacy. I actually switched from the H‑E‑B closer to my home to this location due to their customer service and have been using it for years. However I called last week and set up a delivery on two different days. The first day I called I was told if there was a co-pay, I would have to set up delivery through the app, which I’ve never done before I was told this was knew however when they looked at my information they saw that there was no co-pay due and they said they could set up delivery as long as there was no co-pay. The next time I called which was just a couple days apart nobody even asked because when the pulled up my information for the prescription they saw that there was a co-pay and they set up delivery. The pharmacy hours show they are open today however, I did not know that they did not do deliveries on Sundays, but I do now as the lady who I was speaking to was so kind to tell me “no we never have” in the most condescending tone when I asked if they make deliveries on Sundays. She also told me that she cannot set up delivery and that I had to do it for the app to which I told her what had happened the previous week. She then asked for my name and put me on hold and then came back on the phone and told me that no one delivered medication to me because she had as the other people working and no one had talk to me yesterday. Too which I informed her I have cameras at my front door and outside of my house, and I have proof that I had medication delivered. And if she would have looked up my information in her system she would of been able to see that I had in fact had a delivery the day prior like I had stated. It does not take much to set up a delivery especially when you don’t have a co-pay. If you don’t have customer service skills you should not work in a position that requires you to have them. If you don’t want to do your job then you shouldn’t be there. But don’t come on the phone and tell me that I’m lying and did not have medication delivered when I have it on camera and you have it in your system! That is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional! If you’re not capable of setting up a delivery because they are not available on Sundays that is one thing but if it is just too much of an inconvenience for you to talk to a customer with courtesy and respect then find a new job. My husband is at home recovering from a stroke after being in ICU for almost a month. I am recovering from a severe car accident and I’m in severe nerve pain and am on bedrest. It wouldn’t I’ve taken much for her to look at mine or my husbands information to see that there wasn’t a co-pay and informed me that I needed to call back on Monday because they don’t do deliveries on Sunday. It would’ve taken less than two minutes to be a decent human being. I can be patient and understanding but do not call me a liar and come at me because you’re lazy and don’t want to do your job.

My #1 place for all my food! Produce especially, you cannot find better anywhere else. Believe me I have tried. Everything is so fresh and high quality. The HEB brand of everything is great as well. It’s always very clean and the woodlands heb off six pines is the perfect location. Despite being busy most times it’s worth it.

After 4:00PM This location has no dedicated parking(everyone parks at HEB and walks elsewhere for the entirety of the evening/night despite the signs saying it's not allowed) as well as employees that turn customers away after spending 30 minutes trying to find a parking spot, all because of an expired ID which I haven't had time to renew yet. I looked up the company's policy on alcohol sales online(they wouldn't answer the phone) and found that their employee told me inaccurate information about the store's policy and didn't put the last bottle of barrel aged sour cherry micro brew I was purchasing back on the shelf.

Purchased 6 pounds of the boiled crawfish. If this had been my first time eating crawfish, It is not very likely that I would ever eat it again. They were just ok, kind of dry and bland to sum it up... I assume they cut back on the spices to meet the tastes for everyone, but for me, more work than they were worth. HEB itself is great, I would purchase the live crawfish, but there are way too many good crawfish places to suffer through that again.

One of the things I miss most about living in Texas, are H-E-B grocery stores. I was in town for a business trip, and took every opportunity to pop over to this location in the Woodlands neighborhood. This particular place had all of the familiar hallmarks of why I think H-E-B is one of the best grocery stores in America. It is an enormous facility, and all of the sections from produce, seafood, bakery, beer/wine, etc are very thoughtfully laid out.IMHO, the locations in Austin where I used to live are slightly better since those stores have a larger prepared food options. But this location also had fresh in-store prepared corn tortillas (which I bought a package back with me to East Coast) as well as a many "grab and go" offerings such as rotisserie chicken, sandwiches, salads, etc.Staff gladly directed me where to find the necessities such as bottled water (the tap water in Houston is awful), creamer for my morning coffee, and granola bars for snacking. Are H-E-B's upscale or "fancy" like a Whole Foods (which interestingly enough started in Austin, TX)? No, but they have great prices, incredible selection of products, and friendly service. TIP: Don't forget to also pick up a bag of the in-store fried tortilla chips. Tastes way better than any of the Frito Lay mass produced chips.

This location is always on point ! They're always well stocked in every department... However, after about 730/8AM, parking can be chaotic.

This H‑E‑B location is the best! Larger than other H‑E‑B locations that I have visited. Has everything you want in a market! Clean facility with large parking lot. Offers everything from fresh produce, meats, seafood, bakery, deli, and cooked foods section! Friendly employees!

This is a tough one. I so wanted this to be the pharmacy I wished I could have. Walking distance from the house; HEB reputation/brand; and a relationship with staff that I enjoyed for years at my old pharmacy in Austin.Sadly, that wasn't / isn't to be. Even more sadly, the alternate choices in the area (national chains, multi-store regionals and mom/pop) aren't any better...so I"m kind of stuck. The convenient location and the ability to bounce into the grocery section to pick up food makes it hard to seriously consider the alternates. The staff just isn't happy overall - I sense they are either short staffed or simply overworked. Seldom are you greeted with a smile or any sort of inviting feeling. Some interactions have bordered on patronizing. if convenience is your thing, your are kind of stuck with this one. If customer service is your thing, keep walking. The good:- Tethered to an amazing grocery store with an abundance of local selections and healthy levels of fresh food.- Conveniently located (at least for me).The not so good:- Almost always have to wait for replenishing of inventory on semi-common prescriptions. Example: If you are filling 3 prescriptions at once, there is probably an 80% chance you will not get all 3 fully filled on the first attempt. I'm not talking rare, experimental life-saving drugs; I'm talking recurring health maintenance scripts as part of an overall common care.- If you think your pharmacist might ever actually know you by your name, think again. This isn't the place for developing rapport with the staff.- The HEB customer service experience you've come to expect in the grocery store does not carry over to the pharmacy. It's possible the pharmacy is contracted out and not actually HEB employed...I really don't know, but the disparity between the interaction in the grocery store and the pharmacy is comparable to going somewhere for a massage and having to get a root canal.
