I arrived 5 minutes after they closed. I needed to pick up my order and the metal gate was already shut. I asked from the gate if there was any chance I could still pick up and apologized for arriving after they closed. Without hesitation the gentleman said "of course, happy to help"... I was not expecting that response. Was actually caught off guard. Not only did they help me, they spent more time there than they needed to, they made sure my pick up was correct, that I knew what I was getting and even walked my purchase to me. Beyond impressed with this pharmacy. They didn't realize I had to drive 45 minutes because my pharmacy was out of what I needed. Left a great impression on me and made my weekend end with an uplifted feeling.

I’m usually not the type of person to leave a review but this is ridiculous. I’ve been diabetic and taking the same medication for YEARS- I just picked up my insulin from the pharmacy and saw 2 out of 4 boxes clearly look old/faded, as if they’ve been in the sun (and pretty beat up) Insulin needs to be kept in a fridge, so this was an obvious concern as it will not work properly if it’s ever been overheated. I hadn’t even left the parking lot, saw what was in my bag and immediately drove back through the drive thru to ask to exchange the insulin for different boxes, as this is 3 months worth of medication that affects my daily life. ELLIE was extremely rude and told me there was nothing wrong with the medication. I was in the middle of talking and she just walked off with an attitude, after waiting for about 15 minutes she came back to the window with an attitude again and threw two “new” boxes in a bag which were the exact same boxes as before trying to pass them back off on me. At that point, I just asked if I could return them and fill at another pharmacy. She told me she wouldn’t and couldn’t do that and said she would grab the pharmacist and let her “deal with the situation”, without have even spoken to me the pharmacist then came to the window with an attitude and told me if they exchanged the medication that they would have to throw it away…….I asked if I could just please have boxes that didn’t look faded and she said “Fine. That’s fine” ROLLED HER EYES and let Ellie finish gathering my medicine. In the end, she still gave me a box I’m not comfortable using and I will never fill another prescription at this pharmacy again. Both of these ladies were rude to me, HEB really needs to interview their employees better

Lines are SO LONG. There is only one person doing the register, they need to hire more people asap. The past 3 times I’ve been i have waited in line for almost an hour. Get it together HEB

H-E-B has semi-good products but now that I've been going to Trader Joe's I have noticed that Trader Joe's has a better selection of organic items and they accept Apple Pay. The other plus side of shopping at Trader Joe's is that it's much cheaper than H-E-B and the Trader Joe's items seem to be of superior quality. The only good thing of H-E-B is it's location which is more convenient since it's closer.

North Woodlands HEB was my go to store for 13 years. The produce dept. is so bad that I am driving a distance to the Magnolia HEB to now shop. Between spoiled, rotten non- quality produce, pricing difference between signage and register and lack of quantity of sales ad product, I have given up on this store. Numerous complaints to customer service have fallen on deaf ears. For HEB to be Texas proud with this store is as humorous and insulting as Kroger's Fresher than fresh!Magnolia store exhibits quality and reliability that makes HEB Texas Proud! Get a clue North Woodlands.

My doctor's office called in the prescription. Arrived at HEB about 10 minutes later advised that the prescription was called in and was told 5-10 minutes. Waited for 30 minutes in the little lobby. Only then was I asked if I am waiting on a prescription. My point is, as soon as the prescription is ready, call me up. Don't make me wait until there are zero customers in the line. Very disappointed in the customer service today.

Such friendly and helpful staff. They always accommodate, and pharmacists are very knowledgeable. Sometimes, there's a wait because they're very busy, but because of their service and friendly demeanor, it's worth it!

Curbside Pretty disappointed in the service for curbside. Although I surely appreciate having the option, it was not a good experience to receive a notice right at 3pm, which was my designated pick-up time, that items were missing from the order.Called to request an alternative option and the Curbside Manager Stephanie spent more time explaining that she could not accommodate, then to walk over to the deli section and grab a pre sliced deli option, located to the left of their curbside holding area. Really?In the past, I have added notes that were disregarded, so this option is not something I rely on. But I will easily make time to come earlier to pick up the one or two items not available, if I know ahead of time. Or ask if the items can be added with an extended pick up time.Understanding that it is very busy, I feel, if you're going to spend 10 minutes on the phone explaining to me that you are too busy, that time could have been well served by accommodating a five minute request.

Heb Pharmacy on FM 1488 in the Woodlands always has been very helpful and polite! It has never been a struggle to have them look up info and they even recommend ways to pay less if insurance does not cover. Great customer service!
