Rude employees. Came into the Gucci store with my husband and daughter. I was looking at their purses. One blonde staff member was very kind but there were 10 employees standing around looking at us up and down like we were trash, but yet I’m from here and was dressed nice. Decided to spend my money elsewhere.

By far the best customer service!! I am soooo happy with the customized wallet I ordered. They are extremely kind and helpful. Just ask for Macy or Gus, they will take good care of you ??

Love love love this store ! Amazing experience. Gus is fabulous, all the staff is so nice & helpful ! I even got some bubbly last time we visited!
