I would have given a 0 if I could. The front office guy absolutely “lied” to me that I didn’t give him a sketch showing rounded corners and dimensions. They delivered the glass with square corners and have been arguing for three days that it’s rounded. Even a blind person would say by just feeling the corners that they are square.The delivery person called me outside in my driveway to show me the glass and told me he said to the office person that the glass is not according to the sketch.Very poor customer service and they don’t hesitate to lie. Be careful when doing business with them.I’ve always used Apple Glass across the highway and never had any issues. Regret trying a different business.

Went in Thursday and got a quote for $453. Was told they were booked until Tuesday. Took the truck in for the work and went to pick up. Magically it was $600. Told him that wasnt right so they dropped it $25. Might have been a mistake but they need to log their quotes or honor them.Service: General window replacement

This is just off my experience,but this place is trash. Them came to replace my windshield are my job and brought wrong windshield. They came back next day with right one but tech left off rear view mirror. Months after I noticed a crack that you can only see if you get a car wash and lift up wipers to clean. Never using this place again.

HORRIBLE experience, they are not responsible at ALL. They only care about getting their money and that's it. And their driver/s are aggressive on traffic without knowing that they represent a company on the street. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

Had front windshields replaced on a Toyota 4Runner and a Ford F150. Workmanship was quick and well done. Toyota had to be done in-shop due to something special about the glass, but workers came to my home and replaced the Ford in my driveway. Workers were friendly and efficient. Very happy with the results.

If I could give zero stars I would. At every corner, there was a problem with the work provided. Holes drilled in the wrong place on a new shower for door installation. Mirrors cut incorrectly. Light fixture holes cut not to specifications. Mirrors installed with scratches.

I do have to be honest, my experience with this company started off rocky. I had issues with my initial installation that were causing a whistle noise in the cab of my truck.THAT BEING SAID, Clear Glass, aka Glass and Mirror of the woodlands has been in business for a long time. They truly stand behind their workmanship. As long as your communicate in a normal, straightforward manner they have no issue addressing any problems you had with their service. My issues were resolved in a timely manner and now I consider it to be just as good as the original.Service: Window repair

Had a guy name Alex and Rick come over to install a windshield on my 2019 Nissan Armada. They took there time but were very professional and did a good clean job and I appreciate them cleaning up there mess when they were finished. Terrible service, very rude people specially receptionist and installer Tony they think they own the place for some reason.Got a glass installed and wait more than a month for a quote that never received, so went to a different glass company.
