I just called about an order of mine and the girl that answered was beyond rude. I had a question about my online order and she was already bothered and seemed very inconvenienced. So I gave her my order number and was trying to explain the problem but she cut me off and said rudely that sometimes new games will be open and not in the new packaging and I said with stickers all over them? I said that doesn’t seem right because the games were supposed to be new, unopened, not used. I was interrupted again and she said that I needed to contact customer service and that it’s not her problem. So I said, hold on a minute let me finish what I am saying and she said, Do you want the number to customer service or not!? I was in shock and I asked her if she could let me explain and she just hung up on me. It made me feel horrible not to mention my kids heard the conversation. That was so upsetting to me and my kids. That girl has a serious issue with her job and needs to be trained on how to deal professionally with customers. I am very disappointed and don’t think I’ll be shopping there ever again.

My kid asked for two things from Santa, one of which being a PS4 Minecraft game. This store was one of the few that had it although they informed me that it was their display. All good, it was new, no problem. I went and picked it up and got ready for the big day. Christmas arrives, kids come down, see that Santa delivered on his promises and chaos ensues. That is, until my daughter opens the case and sees that there was no disc. The look of disappointment on her face was heartbreaking. Thinking this was a great opportunity to explain that sometimes even Santa messes up, Ipromised to reach out to the big guy to try to get it remedied. I called Gamestop on the 26th to discuss it and the lady who answered was aghast that it happened. She assured me they had the disc and i could come oick it up. I went to Gamestop on the 27th to pick up the disc and the gentleman that helped barely uttered any words, no apology and just stared blankly at me when he finally found the disc. I would think that upon realizing that they screwed up a kids Christmas somewhat that they would be somewhat reticent and offer an apology in person. I'm very disappointed in that gentleman's handling of the situation. I'll be utilizing other Gamestops going forward.

They have tons of items on the shelves that aren’t even in stock. Not one item has a price on it. The employees clearly hate their job and are less than helpful. They had zero idea as to what was or wasn’t in stock, couldn’t find anything we were looking for and we will never be returning. Thats absolutely RIDICULOUS. Empty boxes on the shelf even though they literally don’t have the item. I’ll take my chances at Best Buy, thanks but no thanks . What a nightmare.

One star is generous if zero was an option I would give them that! We went into the store to return a game and experienced possibly the worse customer service I have had to date. The cashier was rude, dismissive, and condescending. It is shameful that a company allows employees to treat customers this way and I for one will never frequent this location again. GameStop I expected so much more!

incredible day for me as a collector of DC comics funko to have found at this point the funko pop of "Batman 1989" it is not in perfect condition, but that feeling of finding it in physical store and not online has enchanted me, it will not be a grail but at the same time at least that's my feeling, this is my favorite gamestop from now on

Garage service, called to hold items and asked if they honored online price before i drove there from another town.which they said they would if I showed them but just left with nothing bc they lied. No longer renewing my pro membership

Best game stop in the whole county! Because the survice is pretty polite and the store hours are the best! I got a ps5 here and i will definitely get the ps6 here once thats a thing.

I had a good experience with the staff member I worked with. He was friendly and reasonable. The other guy that was there was another story and I'm glad we didn't get him. Like I put in an another review for the GS in Egypt...for a store in the position of GS...you got to have good friendly staff.

I won't be shopping at gamestop anymore.What's the point in pre-ordering an item if your not gonna have enough preorder bonuses to cover the preordersThis is the 2nd time. Not giving them anymore chances

They let guys hang out who don’t work there and hit on you … -.- the guy was In His 40’s and tried to hit on me while the employee just stood there and smirked.. completely uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for girls…Not female friendly at all…

Had a preorder for Resident evil 4 (remake) collectors edition set and with no warning, heads up and not even a call to mention it had been cancelled, did it just up and get cancelled. At least they gave me a $10 dollar coupon. I frequent this place a lot so it was a bummer for this happen.
