Few things are more common than a slogan without substance. This has become particularly true in the world of banking. Billions are spent on advertising, and banks all promote the quality of their customer service, but it never comes close. This is why we are so grateful to Lauren Janssen and the Team at Frost Bank.
From our first introductory meeting through our most recent, Lauren and her team at Frost consistently validate that they are icons of excellence in service, kindness, and wisdom. The consistency between each team member and branch is also remarkable. The culture of authentic customer service is worthy of praise and admiration.
Thank you, Lauren, for all you've done and for the person you are. You and the team at Frost are greatly appreciated.

Customer service is sub par. They tell me I can create a new debit card for my business account to give to employees (who are also family members) without them present and in fact did it when I opened the account and stated i won’t have a problem if I need another one. Tried it at this location and they provided me with no solution and stated I can’t do it without the other person present even though I’ve had this done prior and even had it done at other banks because it was MY account and I am the only one with legal access and responsibility. I understand security but telling the business owner he can’t supply a business card for his people to buy work related goods is the last approach you take. Great job, I’ll be venturing elsewhere for my future banking needs this new year

Lauren Janssen, our Corporate Banking specialist, is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We have been working with Lauren for more than a year on multiple business accounts as well as our first commercial mortgage recently. She is extremely quick to respond to every question, every deliverable is complete ahead of schedule and she always manages to make things happen for our business needs. I really appreciate her help. Nothing to do with Lauren, but I do wish some of Frost's paperwork was a little more user friendly (less manual and cumbersome), but even then Lauren made sure it was easy by answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Frost for small business needs and especially Lauren as the go-to to get it done.

As I write this review I sit an amazement regarding the quality of service offered by the staff and all the bank offers its' customers. After all a financial institution is entrusted with your financials and having a relationship built with comfort is superior. Today, I stopped in to conduct business for the first time with Frost Bank and from the moment I walked through the doors I was impressed with the greeting and the level of customer service offered. Maria C. and Lauren S were friendly and went above and beyond to assist and ensure complete satisfaction. Both are clearly stepped in tradition and excellence when it comes to banking and customer service; having other financial institutions I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of service from the moment I entered the institution and that includes other institutions that I have had banking relationships with for far over 10 years. Lauren and Maria's dedication and service excellence has exceeded other financial institutions and I am beyond thankful and impressed. Their professionalism and ability to build relationships is superior in every aspect. Both of them went above and beyond any reasonable expectation to ensure that I was satisfied with the services offered.I am honored to have had the privilege to meet and conduct business with both Maria and Lauren. Each of them provided phenomenal service, were knowledgeable about the financial institution and patient in conducting the services I requested. Not only were both of them amazing in service quality but they truly exceed expectation. The staff at Frost are clearly and undeniably "top-notch" when it comes to the banking industry. Additionally, it is apparent that Frost bank is unlike any other bank and I can vouch having conducted and currently conducting business with other institutions. Frost bank clearly strives to meet their customers expectation however they put the "cherry" on top with the personalized experience and added touches thrown in for their customers.I am beyond thankful for the help of both Maria and Lauren and look forward to a business relationship with them and Frost.P.S. While this certainly was not expected I was also given a welcome gift. Whoa!!! That is different and truly astonishing. They provided excellent service and a welcome gift. I could only expect good customer service so this was a nice added touch.Topping everything off, Frost Bank offers prepaid envelopes with material to write directly to the CEO of the bank. I have never had this happen. Instead most banks try to prevent you from being able to communicate with anyone of higher authority beyond the location manager. This truly speaks to the "different" approach Frost is taking to the banking industry and that Frost bank cares about their customers and wants to hear from them. Fantastic!Thank you Maria and Lauren....YOUR AMAZING!

This is by far the best team in banking...anywhere. They are always friendly, kind and patient. And, they also offer refreshments, which is a bonus since I love cookies. ? Seriously though, my experience over the last 36 years or more is that Frost Bank, overall, has the best customer service out of all the banks I have used in Texas or Illinois. But, the East Shore team here in The Woodlands is simply the best of the best. Highly recommend.

No drive thru. Not open on Saturday. Had to use card to open door into ATM area but ATM could not read my card. Waste of my time.

I hate this location with a passion. It's the only location without a drive-thru option. Hence, you ALWAYS have to go inside for ANY type of financial transaction. Do you know how annoying it is to use this location when you have two kids underage 3 with you in the car and the only thing you want to do is a deposit but you're only option is to get everyone out of the car to execute the transaction?

Omg. Trying to pay loans off that my cheater ex let get behind because I am signer too. This place won't allow me to access the account to pay it because it's past due!!! Do they want my house? I think maybe that's what they want .. forcing it to be foreclosed by not letter by me access and pay on time. Do not use frost for loans!

Leonard went above and beyond to help me solve a simple problem. his willingness to see the issue through until it was resolved was refreshing. I am a Frost customer because of the exemplary service and convenience, Leonard's actions today reaffirmed my decision. Keep up the great work!!

I am blown away by how good the service is here. Instead of putting me in a line to talk to a disgruntled person behind bulletproof glass, Frost opens the door to let me in, offers me bottled water and handles my transaction right at the front desk.
