That’s is horrible price , I bought it about $56 around and my boyfriend said don’t like it then I’m back this store and I loss receipt. They said giving me $18 gift or exchange then I still pay $35. Oh hell! Never again back this! Pls do not buy if you lost recipe, then you lost money.

Unprofessional, not helpful at all. Called the champions location about my returns. Was treated so much better. EVERYONE GO TO THE CHAMPIONS LOCATION INSTEAD!!! Even THEY were confuse as to why this location didn’t accept my items even though I was below the 21 days policy. Maybe it’s because I am a POC??♀️

Sometimes they have cute stuff however the store is way too small and difficult to shop when there's more than 5 people shopping I'm there.Like the review below also mentions - customer service isn't good. Reps don't pay much attention to you and if you ask something, at least as of last week 8.24.22 when I went in, the manager on duty didn't even let me finish my question, acted and responded very rudly. There wasn't any other shopper int he store so it wasn't busy.Then she tried to be extra nice when she saw I left the jacket I was looking at and left. Good luck not losing customers that way...

Cute tiny store. Believe this is 2nd time we have dropped in. It's just so small and hard to even look. Today was actually just even hard to get to one half because a group of shoppers blocked half the store. Not once were we acknowledged or addressed. Employees seemed to be having their own conversation even thou it seemed busy with shoppers. However theres always time to acknowledge a shopper!!

Management is rude. I came in to return something without a receipt & you’d think I committed a crime. The sales girl was trying to be polite and the manager kept over talking her & just being RUDE. I never want to shop at this location again.

Im a few years too late for this review but I always think back when I was a teenager and I came here with my older sister, she was the one shopping. Anyways we were walking around and I took out some change I had in my pockets to give to my sister. My sister said she didn't need it anymore and I put my change back in my pocket. All of a sudden without a word I have this blonde lady putting her hands on me aggressively and in my pockets almost touching my private area. She pulls out my change and sees its just money , does not give it back to me she just sets it on a table and walks away to the back , which I'm assuming is the office. She didn't give me an apology. As a young teenager I didn't know what to do , I heard the blonde lady was the manager or owner. Have never gone back although I wish I had and I wish I would of taken the authorities with me.

They didn't carry XS and the staff was rude! A lady forgot to wear a mask because most places don't enforce it anymore. The staff rudely told her to put it on. The lady said "oh sorry i'm not used to communism where I live lol." and the owner said "Ma'am we don't need your commentary" and then two of the staff members began yelling at the woman. It was completely unprofessional of the staff and unnecessary. Overall very rude to customers, actual communists, and all their stuff is made in China anyway. :/

I love Francescas! they have cute styles and they always have some sort of sale going on. Last week EVERYTHING was just $10. Dresses, shoes, jeans, tops and jewelry! I loaded up. Service was great and their dressing rooms were still opened. I've been shopping Francescas for over a decade and I still have items from then that I still wear. Great quality clothing. I did ask if they were going out of business because of the ridiculously awesome sale and they said they were just trying to make room for fall items. Beside clothes and jewelry they also have really cute gifts and trinkets.

This is a tuff review for me to give 4 stars. They deserve 3.5 or 3 IMO but that is only because I know where they purchase almost all their cutesy slightly above average clothing and costume jewelry etc. A Disclaimer: I have Never sold retail clothes in a store environment but have in the last 2 years purchased clothing, purses, hand made boots, costume jewelry, etc from ever continent except the Artics. It has been a personal passion. When you first walk in the store it is very nicely designed for a small store. They carry a lot of trendy clothing, unique pj's, holiday fun gifts, cutesy costume jewelry and socks. I really loved the help offered by the wonderful sales ladies who were absolute sweethearts. I would highly suggest this beautiful boutique like store to teens, college age adults and even grown adult women looking for something a bit fun and unique. The prices are affordable and they had several different sales going on during my very pleasant visit. Plus don't forget the adorable gifts :)! Parking is on the street or in the underground parking lot behind Eddie Bauer in Market Street.
