Love Fossil watches. Getting a bit discouraged over the smart watches though. They seem to stop working @ the time the Warranty runs out. Also, the battery tends to run out after @ 8-10 hours.

There is usually a rude guy that works here. I come in often. He's not very welcoming. Gladly he wasn't there this visit. I came in to replace a watch battery. The girls were super nice and very helpful right away took my watch and changed the battery.

HORRIBLE ManagerFirst off I would like to say how I expected higher standards of hiring from fossil the manager Kelly on duty..(I made sure to ask for her name) on this particular day went out of her way to be extremely rude and condescending. I am appalled at how horrible her customer service skills are!! I even glanced over and caught her rolling her eyes as if the my concern of the product I purchased bothered her. Fossil, I hope you consider an alternative screening process for your EMPLOYEES!

today makes day 3 that my mom doesn't stop talking about a how rude the manager was when she went in on may 15 2022..there was a young man that helped my mom that day and he kept apologizing for the managers actions..

We went into the Fossil store in the Woodlands mall. We were not planning to buy anything but the salesman Kyara was so great that we bought a Gen 6. He was so helpful that he even set up the app to use the watch. He was not afraid of spending time to discuss the pros and cons of the different watches and then the set up of the watch. We were so impressed we would go back just to see him.

Great service and great Inventory. Went in to get battery but wacth was broken. They told me I could send in to be rebuilt for around 50.00 bucks or I could trade in my old wacth and get 50% off new wacth. So I found new wacth and did the trade in .

Love Fossil! I have so many watches and purses and have purchased many travel bags and backpacks. There usually isn't a fast enough turnaround of new products with my frequent visits, but I still walk in and just look around.

I am amazed at the customer service of this store! The last time I went, I went in for an adjustment on a pair of sunglasses that I'd bought there before. We were helped by a kind man named Cortney. He told us that he has seen us in the store multiple times and wanted to help make things right. He was able to help me switch to a pair of sunglasses that worked for me. We were so happy for his help and attentiveness to the customers.
