I had looked up a watch that had got me for the color of the strap and the shape of the dial. I had checked it out in Bangalore and also at Dubai Duty free shop. But finally found a good unmatchable deal close to home. I have also got wallets and handbags from this brand.

I purchased myself my first smartwatch for Christmas. But when I opened it and tried to set it up on my phone, I immediately noticed it was not working right. I took it back to the Fossil store at the Woodlands mall where I purchased it. Kelly, the store manager, whom I purchased it from originally, was very kind and understanding. She helped me try to troubleshoot the issue. When we determined it was a defect, she was able to get a new watch sent to the store to replace the bad one. My new watch works great and I can finally enjoy my Christmas gift!

I would just like to give Curtis some recognition for doing such a great job making sure everybody was helped. He definitely had the people skills Customer Service guaranteed.my father And I are so pleased with the watches that we got, and the engraving that Curtis did for us. We are so grateful and thankful for his service to fossil and the customers he has now made us Loyal customers It’s also good to know that there’s a two-year warranty that comes with everything so thank you for informing us

Love Fossil watches. Getting a bit discouraged over the smart watches though. They seem to stop working @ the time the Warranty runs out. Also, the battery tends to run out after @ 8-10 hours.
