BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! They are not honest with their prices! They tell you one thing over the phone and charge you 60% more after providing the service. I do NOT recommend this place for your pet.

TLDR; Everyone was nice and place was wonderful, but expect to pay over double, close to triple, what you’d pay else where. They charge you the same prices as an Urgent Care Vet place without the additional tools or ability to do things like they would even though they call themselves a conventional vet.
Please is nice, staff are nice, Dr. B was nice and seemed somewhat knowledgeable in some fields, while ignorant in others based on his opinions on what we should be feeding our dog, etc. Not and issue, everyone has their own opinions, but at the end of the day, do your own research to understand what is best for your animal etc.
Our issue is the price. We were kinda put in a position where we were out of town and needed a local place (recommended by a family friend). This is a regular vet mind you. That charges ER/Urgent care prices for their treatments.
We thought our dog possibly broke some bones in her foot, brought her in for a X-ray, no biggy. To put it in perspective, the same work up (X-ray, sedation which they pushed big time for a calm dog you can easily hold and she won’t move, and the reading fee with additional fee on top of that) cost over double, almost triple, what it cost at a local vet of ours in a downtown high volume area we had with another dog of ours. Mind you, this is in Conroe, TX of all places. Far cry from a populated downtown area where I’d expect high prices.
We paid it, but definitely will not be returning after an over $1200 bill ($130 in medications included), for something that we paid $450 for not even a couple weeks back with another dog at a very respectable and well reviewed place, for the same exact same day treatment and work up. Negating the $120 urgent visit price, that’s understandable, that’s still about $1100 and some change. All and all, there are plenty of other options out there and I wish I did research compared to taking a family friend’s recommendation and just going.

I live in San Antonio and I was in Conroe visiting my grandparents when my mini doxie became very sick. Even though Dr. Brzozowski had appointments all day Saturday, he made sure to take us in. My doxie has severe pancreatitis and needed care immediately. Dr. Brzozowski, the techs, and the entire clinic were wonderful, attentive, and caring. This clinic felt like family and I would recommend this location to everyone! Thank you so much Forest Crossing Animal Hospital ❤️

I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. B and his team. Absolutely top notch care.
Last summer I had back to back sick pets, and I was very overwhelmed. Dr. B really put my mind at ease, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Best of the best!

Avoid this place if you can't spend thousands of dollars. The vet did not even put my dog up on the table to look at him. She wanted $1600 to sedate him just to take a look at what was going on. I mainly brought him because he was shaking his head a lot showing signs his ears were bothering him. She never looked in his ears. Said he was being to difficult for her to swab them to test. Then when we finally got the swab done she said their machines to test it were down but that he has a yeast infection in his ears. Charged us $70 for that test that they weren't even able to run. The discharge papers say "possible ear infection" "vitals were unable to obtain" we paid $700 basically for some medicine we could have got on Amazon for $50. I had to take him to another vet the next morning. Just avoid this place.

Very kind staff, everyone helped make my dog feel welcome while he was still feeling anxious and car sick. The doctor was incredibly helpful and patient as I asked many questions. I’m glad I chose this facility :)

We are new to town and my dog had an ear infection. I was able to get in that same day, seen on time and all the staff I met was great! Treatment was easy (I don’t have to administer any daily drops) and effective.

They convinced us it was necessary to give our frail cat a Solensia injection, but never explained the possible side effects. Almost exactly 72 hours after the injection (peak drug efficacy for Solensia per manufacturer) my cat started having horrible central nervous system side effects and is no longer eating or drinking normally. She may die because of it. We have been trying to give her food and water around the clock because her cognitive function is gone. We asked to talk to the vet, but they would only allow us to speak to a vet tech and said we should bring her back in for more testing without explaining how that would help. I told them we would monitor her at home and never heard back from them at all to see how she was doing. They don't care about the side effects from the drugs they give and we wish we would have told them not to give her any drugs. Really regretting taking our poor cat to this place. :'(

Forest crossing animal hospital is wonderful. The entire staff are friendly, professional, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had to put my beloved 20 year old cat down and they were so kind and patient. He didn't suffer at all and it was the most humane experience I have been a part of. My dogs love going here and my other cats don't seem to mind either. It has always been a very positive experience and I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good about this place. Last week we had to put our Weimaraner to rest after almost 13 years of loving her. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. As difficult as it was Forest crossing animal hospital was exactly what I needed to help support me through this tough decision. Their compassion is something I will never forget and be forever grateful for ! Thank you.
