I’m so happy and impressed with this company !!Matty Kremer worked his spectacular magic on shoes and custom built orthotics for me .With techniques I believe to be absolute genius.I have to say it was actually a small price to pay for this man’s knowledge and expertise. Thank you , Foot &Shoe Solutions and Matty for giving me back painless mobility , forever grateful !!A new lifetime customer.

I have hard to fit feet. Matty diagnosed my foot issues, created a custom insert and recommended shoe style. I am very happy with the results.

Scam artist! Do not buy from this store! Purchased in October, never received the full order. Disputed with my credit card co and this company lied and I had to keep disputing in order to get my money back. This company kept lying and giving the run around for months. Do not do business here.

I came here in September 2021 hoping to have some orthotics made. The combination of a foot injury from a couple of years ago and a lower back that isn't forgiving of a weakness in one of my legs has caused me a lot of pain and gait imbalance. Marty and Linda appeared to be kind and honest and after my appointment with Matty he said he could relieve much of the pain I was experiencing with custom inserts and shoes special ordered from Holland. Almost $1000 later I am left with a headache and no relief. Matty made me what he called inserts that I tried and first of all they made my pain worse....secondly they are extremely poor quality. I tried to get ahold of them for months with no return calls. I finally reached the assitant at the store and after giving him an earful he said Matty and his wife had Covid and Linda lost her cell phone as to why they had not gotten back to me. I went back thinking Matty would adjust the flimsy insoles he gave me that I was unable to wear and give me the shoes I had ordered 4 months earlier. He took my insoles and brought them back telling me they were adjusted and would be much better. He also did not have my shoes but assured me they would be in soon. Still no shoes and some 1/4" insoles that are falling apart after I wore them a few days to give them a chance. I have no idea how these people even keep a storefront to be honest. I filed a dispute with my credit card and they are communicating back and forth with these people. In the meantime I am still out the $ and I just received a letter requesting I pay them another $300 for the flimsy pieces of cork they gave me to "fix" my gait. I went back through my credit card statement and I have not received any sort of refund yet and now these people are asking for more $. They are a complete scam and unfortunately trusting what looked like an honest couple with a small business has turned into a nightmare. I'm out a large amount of $ and now am left to find somewhere else to have orthotics made. It's sad what some people will do for a buck these days but from the reviews here it seems like I'm not the only one they scammed. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

I am diabetic and had feet numbness from almost all my shoes, when I visited foot and shoe solution the owner measured my feet and I found out that I have one foot longer than the other , he recommended a shoe and I bought it, it’s amazing how good shoes can affect your back , knee and feet problems , first day I wore them every pain I suffered from for years had gone. These shoes are worth every penny, love them.

he selection is great and I think they know feet, but my elderly mother paid over $1600 for three pairs of shoes - she walked away with one, the second pair she only received months later (and only because I hounded them - they never communicated to us), and the pair third never came (7 months later). Sounds like many have had issues also, so I'd avoid anything special ordered from this store! Looking on Yelp and tons of people have had similar problems.

Highly disappointed! My son has flat feet and was having back and foot pain so we went to Matty's as recommended by a friend. This was in November 2020. My son felt so happy because he thought he had found his healer! So we ordered $400 insoles and $400 custom made high boot tennis shoes as recommended by Matty. My son got his insoles within a reasonable time and about 4 months later his shoes came but were way too big. So Matty said he would have them fixed and insisted on lending my son some grotesque looking shoes until the others were fixed. Well, 6 months later, and lots of calls and store visits, my son's shoes were nowhere to be found. Tired of no getting call backs or updates I requested my $400 back. Surprise! I only got $228 because he said it's the difference deducting the leather shoes he gave to my son. My son clearly told him he did not like the shoes nor he wanted them but Matty insisted. The label in the shoes says they are synthetic upper balance. Man-made materials. Made in China in 2003. So, after being so patience for over a year, I find this man very dishonest. I DO NOT recommend this place and unfortunately, I do not recommend his insoles either. My son has wore them and gave them a chance, and he says " those insoles do more harm than good".

Great master orthopedic technician. I grew up in Germany and know the value of their education and experience. Solved my husbands's problems with a foot injury during pickleball. Excellent quality to prevent further injuries.

Absolute worst experience with these people. Rude, scam artists, and incompetent. They lie through their teeth to make a sale and don't stand behind their product. I should have read the reviews before going to Foot Solutions because I regret every $ spent. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these dishonest people and their business. If I could give it zero stars, I would!

The owner and his wife are the best people and hold good on any promises they make.I had a concussion and was paralyzed as a child, have had multiple surgeries, have acute sculiosis [back bones are severely misaligned]. Before I 1st visited Foot Solutions I was going through a pair of shoes every 3 months because of the severely abnormal gate, limp, drop foot, and other issues. My left side is still much weaker than my right.Well I happened to come across this business. Let me tell you this guy has more education than any doctor I have known. He doesn't cut you or do surgery. But he uses pressure to the nerve endings on the feet to give me better posture, a better gate, more respect. I can walk!! My back is straight, my shoulders are level. I can put 1 foot in front of the other without 1 knee and foot going in the wrong direction, the benefits go on! I can't even explain all the stuff that has improved..I have been getting my shoes from him for 3 or more years. Let me tell you, he knows what he is doing! He uses a relatively new science. Only 2 people in the USA practice it. It was originated in Germany in 1986. The only thing that doctors in the USA know how to do is more cutting! I had "corrective surgery" from an orthopedic surgeon more than once, each time becoming worse..So for more than 50 years I have been walking like a complete cripple, and now I can walk without people flipping out over the way my gate is. They look at my face with respect instead of my feet as I walk by. The guy is a genius and anyone who has put him down or given him a bad review should be shot as for as I'm concerned!

I just picked out my new, custom designed and made inserts and really cute sandals today for my foot/posture issues. Both Matty and Linda are such caring and helpful people - and know what they are doing. I have been coming to their store for past couple of years. They have quality shoes and several different styles. Their shoes are very stylish, but also very well made. Even if you don't have foot issues, please go check them out for their selection. Great customer service!!

I was awarded a judgment in court against Foot Solutions. Buyer beware when considering a purchase because they will not give you a refund or replacement for shoes and inner soles that hurt your feet and are impossible to wear. I worked with them for a year without any results before filing a law suit.

My mom was awarded a judgment in court against Foot Solutions - although they have not paid her. Buyer beware when considering Foot Solutions because they do not live up to their ad which claims that “Feet Aren’t Supposed to Hurt.” Nor do they give refunds or replacements for shoes and inner soles that are improperly fitted. She worked with them for over a year with no results before filing a lawsuit.
