Very knowledgeable with great selection. I took my 9 year old in to get shoes and they were very attentive to his needs and got him taken care of quickly even though the store was packed. My favorite place to buy shoes in the woodlands area.

Laney helped me find the perfect walking shoe for a new stage of life, pregnancy. She made sure we got the right size and walked me through 3 recommendations and I felt very comfortable with the choices. She also offered an alternative for later if my feet did swell. Great job Laney. This store does get busy on the weekends, probably due to how great they are so I enjoy coming on lunch break to find a new sneaker.

Abysmal experience with staff. I waited over 20 minutes and asked several people for help only to be brushed off and ignored.
Only after talking to the same guy again, he walked over to help me and asked others if they needed help instead of helping me.
Shop for running stuff somewhere else. It's overpriced stuff anyway.

Probably the first time in my life I’ve purchased shoes that fit properly. I’m not really a runner, but I was needing a pair of comfy athletic shoes to get back in shape postpartum. The employee who helped me was super nice, knowledgeable and patient. 10/10
