I had the worst experience in this store. All of the staff treated me very badly. I even felt a bit of racism because I didn’t speak good English. I felt that they were very rude to me. They made me feel very bad and very sad. And they never provided any solution for returning a pair of brand new sneakers. I completely lost my money and I feel very offended. I have never had such an experience in my life.

TERRIBLE experience, the associates were so rude, we asked for a different size and didn’t even bother to look and just said they didn’t have it, every single employee was rude, even the manager. When we went to pay for the shoes we noticed they tried to sell us the shoes they had on display with scratches on them. We let them know we didn’t want them and they were annoyed and rude.

I’ve been into JD Sports twice this week for Christmas shopping and both times JULISSA has helped me tremendously! She was very nice and went the extra mile to ensure I had answers to the questions I asked and she was the main reason I left satisfied. She was awesome !

Moriah was rude and didn't want to give a courtesy shoe on a dusty display shoe being sold because it was the last pair. Don't sneak and give me a display shoe. Tell me up front so I can decide if I want something else before check out.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be rudely told we would have to go to the back of the line which was through the door and down the walk way. Manager watched multiple people be checked out from the line we were in and then rudely told us we would have to go to the back of the line.
This was after we have to wait 10 minutes or so just to get shoes to try on. Selection may have been good but this is a backwards process that was frustrating and confusing.
I would avoid at all cost, not worth the head ache

I took my daughter to get shoes First there was no one around at first. Finally a young lady shows up and I tell her that I need a certain shoe to try on. She actually told me that I CANT TRY on the shoes!!! I have never heard of something so ridiculous in all my life. What shoe store won’t let you try on shoes???!!! If this is truly the policy, I must say it’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of !

Horrible, the kids that work there are in La La land and would rather talk to each other than actually help customers. Never seen a sneaker shop with employees this disinterested in making a sale, they literally walk right past you while you’re trying to get their attention. My daughter said the kid that helped her looks like he doesn’t even want to be there and seemed annoyed that she asked him for a shoe size. Please hire more mature folks because this is not a good look JD!

Our bank info was compromised and 12 separate, IN PERSON, transactions occurred at this store on Mar. 27th. The employee, that allowed these 12 purchases, either was apart of the scam or is really remedial when it comes to picking up on context clues. For the employee to not find it suspect, in the slightest, that 12 SEPARATE transactions for 1 card was suspect behavior, is suspect as well. Ya’ll must be doing really bad in this store, to not question such alarming behavior!! Really speaks to your 3.4 out of 5 rating.

Employee talked me into buying shoes that didn’t fit since that was the only pair they had.
Said that if I buy the crease protectors that they would help “fill in the gap” and also protect the shoe from creases. Said I could return them if they weren’t worn or creased. Took them back and they started literally looking for any little thing to not return the shoe and I was going to do an exchange.
Ended up pointing out a small crease and said the bottom of the shoe was a little dirty.
And still tried to talk me into buying the shoes I wanted to exchange them for lol
As I told the employee who didn’t seem to care.
I will NEVER shop here again and highly discourage anyone from shopping here.
Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Manager didn’t even come out of the back room when requested.
Mind you, I never wore the shoes except when I put them on to try them in store.

I spent more than 1:30 waiting for 3 pairs of tennis shoes until the last one they told me they didn't have them. Very bad service

I drove from Katy Texas which is an hour away to pick up my order from this store since the representative said they only had them available there. To find the store with the gates down while the employees are in there saying they are doing inventory on a Sunday at 2:30pm! They said an hour to open it’s not 3:35 and still not open customer are walking by in disbelief as I am to find a store on a Sunday closed in the middle of the afternoon to do inventory! This is unprofessional & completely unacceptable. My order has been placed and paid for (5) days ago all they had to do is grab it and give it to me. I’m definitely calling corporate and brining this to their attention. Who ever is overseeing this store is doing a terrible job. Reviewing to reviews and nothing but negative feedback. This is a show store in a good mall and this shouldn’t be happening, for me it’s my first time at this mall since I live an hour away!
