Hugo was great! We had a call to discuss my wife's retirement/investment plan options and he was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks Hugo!

Hello. I went in as a black retiree asking about my my 401k and 403b from a job that I worked for 34 years. I was told to sit in a dark room to wait for someone to assist me, I declined and stood instead. As white clients were coming in they were offered by I assumed the receptionist offered everyone water but me. The people who came in after me declined water because she passed me to ask them if they needed water. Thank you God for them because it was very hot outside. I thought this was a thing of the past but I guess it will never be.thank you to the young man who gave me what I needed to proceed with my retirement. What was so puzzling to me was the receptionist had a a accent! There also was a gentleman who arrived after me to open a estate account because he was the beneficiary of his late brothers estate, they took him in right away to a booth. Before going in to the booth the man said he had been a customer of fidelity for a long time. I thank him for that because he was trying to justify why he was being seen before me. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone who sees color as advancement. White may be your clientele but that's probably for reason.

Good service. My customer service representative is young, and he had to call Boston over and over, but he was nice and helpful.

I was impressed by the service offered in this office, where just one person can go in at one time. There is a table right at the entrance with a tablet on it, while an agent is doing a video chat with the client and handling your business, without the physical contact and with the help of a drop off box. Just one suggestion, for the comfort of the clients, would be the presence of a chair, so people can sit while doing their business with Fidelity, and not quite bending over that table.Update: I am very upset with the fact that the “specialist” takes my check from a rollover and tells me that the money would get into my account within 48 hours, nothing about a deposit slip nor any other formalities. More than a week after, I am still battling with their system, because my money is not in my account and they don’t know what they do.

Awful service. On hold for over 40 mins. Fidelity is sinking to the bottom of the heap fast. Time to move your investments to other hungry brokerage houses.

On hold for over 20 minutes. No one answered the phone. Worst service ever experienced. I would never give my business to this sleepy heads.

Good location and good customer service. They can help only over the screen due to the pandemic but they do the best they could. Good customer service. Highly recommended!!!

Just left. No people to help. Some guy on screen comes up. Tells me form I printed from their site is wrong. I ask how to do. He could not answer. He could not explain. He offered nothing. I had to leave. Not sure what to do next. Glad I normally do my investments and banking elsewhere.

Suggest an edit, you say. Then the only option is to delete the place!! My suggestion is to make it easier and more obvious to select "no tolls" routes.

While it's difficult to gauge how successful my investments will be. It is absolutely possible to convey what a great, caring, professional experience my wife and I received when opening a new account and subsequently moving our investments from Schwab to Fidelity. We're certainly not rich but I can say we were treated as if we were investing winnings from the lottery. Chris M. has taken more than a few hours with us, setting up our initial investment, rollover, and account transitions all the while ensuring we completely understood the process, Fidelity's competitive differentiators, and providing "food for thought" on what we may want to think about for the future. I cannot express enough our gratitude for being treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by everyone we've encountered at Fidelity. From the front desk reception to personal advisement, and the follow-up from not only Chris but the company's financial asset managers. Net/Net: Could not have received a better experience and certainly much more attention and professionalism than the other guys. My 2 Cents (no pun intended) Greg T.
