John was quite helpful! I called ahead of placing my order to get help on items to consider, sizes, paper, availability of what I needed to have printed. He was quite helpful with suggestions and even layout to insure the edges were going to be appropriate for bleed cuts.He had to source the supplies for me with his other stores which he offered to call. I sent over my order and they called me to confirm a miscommunication between what was transposed from the email to the internal order. Note: It’s a smaller store, even though they don’t print everything in their store they work with the larger stores to get it done. I didn’t have to go to the other stores, John just went to pick them up and I picked them up at the store that was convenient to me.Thank you!!

I had a problem with a printing order. The store representative, John, went out of his way to make it right. He even hand delivered it to my home. Wow! THAT is customer service.

Dropped in at 6:06 today (they close at 6). Their security gate was closed but the young man working the register saw me walk by and opened up to process my (and another gentlemen’s) return after hours. Very pleasant to see a company go above and beyond. I would have probably left myself standing there!

I always leave extremely satisfied! John the manager, is very friendly and helpful! He always has a solution for any minor issues that might come up. The location is also very convenient and has become my go to wherever I need to use FedEx.

Maybe just bad luck but I have gone 3 times and all times I have been waiting at least 10-15 minutes before being served. Gentleman is very nice though

I felt totally discriminated against by the manager, he was very cruel ... I had my box ready only to deliver, I left Walmart with the shipping packaging that I had bought, he made me return 2 times to show the guard my payment receipt as if I were stealing (the Walmart guard was surprised) and he also told me that without a license he could not send any packages, I still had my license (I treat myself as if I was an undocumented person) he also made a face because I did not speak English well. That man should treat his clients better.
