It’s very difficult to get in touch with the care team by phone. The doctor visit was great and efficient. If you need a report from lab work, it’s best to drive to the office in person.

Dr. P was highly professional and a great listener. Dr. El Zufari and Dr. P are great doctors with a high level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Highly recommend this office!

Tried to make a new patient appointment, and then I received a voicemail from the office saying the doctor would not be in that day and to call back to reschedule. When I called only to be answered by rude ladies in the answering service department who were no help at all. Very disappointing. I'm glad I didn't waste my time and money here.

I don't like posting bad reviews about clinics/providers, and am usually the type to give second chances and assume good intent. Mistakes happen, I get it. I'm quite patient. However, my first appointment was also my last. When I say this, it isn't lightly. I chose this clinic because I saw a provider who had great reviews on Zocdoc, but I've learned since that a lot of those reviews are filtered while attempting to submit one of my own. In summary, the only thing I will say about my experience is that I've never advocated for myself so much nor had to be so consistent with advocacy in order to receive accurate, proper care as a patient. Med errors happen, but they shouldn't be repeated, especially when a lab result goes unacknowledged. Truly upset.

Do NOT go here unless you want to be a victim of malpractice. This place is awful. Latex allergy was documented multiple times, yet my provider was shocked when I asked if her gloves were not. 2 med errors were made by prescribing the medications I was not aware of, which unfortunately took a toll on me since I took the first medication because it was packaged just as I expected. I posted some texts below to show just how quick they are to change their story once told the dosing and contents of the medications described were far different than the one I've been taking consistently for SIX YEARS!!! Also, after I read my labs, I noticed they failed to treat an existing condition. I had to actually reach out multiple times to ask for treatment just to be gaslit via text. To top it all off, they then deleted these errors from my PHR and have blatantly ignored my calls asking to speak to a clinic director and/or manager. As a healthcare worker myself, it has taken everything in me to not report this to the BON. They're careless, negligent, and have zero ability to hold themselves accountable. I would have been less upset if they just admitted they screwed up, but covering for it tells me everything I need to know. Zocdoc doesn't allow criticism in their reviews, so that too was a huge issue for me that landed me here to begin with.

My husband’s experience:Disappointing office and staff. My main concerns revolve around the prolonged wait time for results and the lack of communication regarding those results. Despite attempting to engage with the office for a period of two weeks, it took considerable effort to secure a telehealth appointment, only to have the doctor not show up. To add to the frustration, being charged for the visit and receiving the promise of a call back, which never materialized, was highly unprofessional. Given these experiences, I would advise seeking medical services elsewhere for better and more reliable care.

This was my first doctors visit since moving to Texas I booked with Dr.Sandeep. Soon as I walked in it just didn’t give friendly the African American lady with the short hair I could just tell she hates her job just by the way she talked to the lady in front of me. I have horrible anxiety so I was already uncomfortable. When I was next and time for me to pay I forgot my card in the car (thought I left it at home) i said “I think I forgot my card can I..” before I could even finish the sentence she goes “no” and I continued my sentence “… go get it” then She proceeds with yes. When I say I went to my car found it and just left … because that’s rude to cut off someone especially considering you’re suppose to be professional. If this is how the front desk people act i don’t even wanna waste my time here.

I have read several of comments regarding about Danielle Allen on how she is very unprofessional. I can say that I Completely disagree with every comment. I’ve been going here for years and she is such an amazing person. Every single time I had an appointment she would always care and would take her time in the room attending you. My mom and I totally love her.
