My goal for 2023 was to get back tot he gym and strengthen my joints and muscles. I have been going for almost a year to F45 and I feel so much better. My joints, my body aches and other “getting older” aches and pains are all but gone. I feel stronger and have better posture. Having an office job this training has been a life saver. Next year I am tackling my diet and expect that F45 will easily help me shed weight and feel even better. Give it a shot.

Enjoy the workouts. Just wish there were more weight but that’s a personal thing for me. It’s a great workout in a short period of time!

The trainers and program itself is amazing but the customer service is trash. I had to cancel my membership and Jay who was answering the emails was so rude and disrespectful and I am STILL getting charged!!! Trying to get a hold of anyone is beyond difficult!!! I don’t know you can run a business like this!

Awesome place to exercise! Great balance of resistance and cardio. The workouts are always changing so it never gets old.

The trainers are amazing and really knowledgeable and friendly! The workouts are challenging, fun, and different everyday! I am enjoying F45 and I am seeing results even though it is only my 2nd week there!

The trainers there are great and can tailor workouts to your skill set! I love that it is 24/7 access for members and I can bring my daughter with me so there are no excuses not to go! The environment is wonderful as well

Great energy and vibe from the coaches to the ones that are working out. Classes are not to small and not to big. You'll see the coaches wipe down equipment during the workout session, and they also have wipes for you to use as well during your workout.

Invincible fitness is a one of a kind experience, not only do they have great equipment, you have tailored workouts that are changed daily!
