The store itself is fine, the young lady is very nice, but the older lady is ALWAYS rude, unfriendly and if you go in with a good mood and she checks you out, probably not gonna be in the same mood when you leave. She apparently doesn't like her job, I am about to stop going here just because of her, didn't catch her name, but I am pretty sure it's the SAME LADY, everyone else complains about.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Management is very poor and have no respect for customers and don’t have any good customer service. While in the middle of checking me out the manger stopped checking me out and went to go help another employee instead of finishing my transaction and just left.

On Sunday, August 27th, there was this young cashier who was being overworked. He was the only cashier and he had to check out customers non-stop! The poor guy looked tired and stressed. I felt so bad for him. Not one manager showed up to help the cashier. There was this one worker I'm not sure if he was the manager but he said "that someone should be coming soon to help him" ok? So why don't you get on the register to help him out?? Instead he stood outside to smoke his vape. This place needs a better management team. You see a long line of customers help your coworkers out! I hope the young cashier finds a better job because this was so unfair to witness as a customer.

Verlyn is extremely rude. She spent a considerable amount of time ringing up a large order ahead of me and several other people in line. We all waited patiently but when the customer being help made a comment about us having to wait Verlyn said " Well 5 was open. They didnt have to stand there." Lane 5 also had a long wait, so moving would not have made a difference. But the wait wasn't the problem. The problem arose when I asked Verlyn for a separate bag for my 2 Halloween signs,. She became very impatient and just stuck the 2nd sign in with the 1st. Both signs were covered in 2 different colors of glitter and I did not want them mixing. I find it odd that she had no problem making separate bags and grouping items for the lady with the large order. But she seemed to have no patience for my 3 items. Horrible customer service.
