“The comments of people complaining on here must be a bunch of Karens. Let me just say this store is GREAT. Yes it is overloaded and packed with so much but you can’t be the prices for good quality stuff they have.
Not to mention their fashion merchandisers are amazing, they carry great brands here.
The checkout is long even with 70% of the registers filled, just be patient. It moves quickly for the most part. Mid day the store will look a mess because the ones lined up outside before opening hours did their big one!
It’s a great store, the staff is helpful, bathrooms get messy per usual, but what do you expect this store is packed out from open to close!”
“Sometimes it's okay sometimes it's really overcrowded and it seems those times that it's very understaffed but it is Walmart so it is what it is you know. This Walmart in particular that I would have to say is one of my favorite Walmarts in the area but then again I could be biased”

“The introduction of the strawberry salad to menu for the season was excellent. The new server was a good hire but hopefully will live up to the Bazillle standard of heating the table bread before serving.”
“The pick up area was fairly easy to find and it took her only a couple of minutes for her to grab my items, but I think I prefer Kohls pickup where you can grab it yourself because it is even quicker.”
“The beautiful advisor Matthew was awesome and very knowledgeable on the products I need and I was looking for. He helped me and didn’t get frustrated doing it. His attitude was very inviting and cheerful. He also helped me purchase more than what I originally came in for. Found some new things and he warn me about products I wanted to get for myself but wasn’t really for my skin. All his suggestions were on point and great for my skin type. Overall I would definitely come back just to be served by Matthew it’s not just about a sell to him but about meeting the customer needs and finding satisfaction in the products we purchase. I really look forward to spending my money and making future purchases with Matthew because I was happy with everything he suggested. He educated on a lot on things I can use and shouldn’t try. “The cleanest ross I've been in! I also found this body oil with clean ingredients for 4.99. There was definitely some unique items and products I don't see in other Ross stores. The wait in the line wasn't long and the cashier was nice!!”

My daughter has never looked more beautiful. We did buy a few products - but she didn't pressure us into buying items. Which I really appreciated. She threw in some good samples for my daughter too. She went the extra mile! I had such a positive experience- that I'll be shopping at Clinique regularly.”

“Hands down the BEST place to shop (and work!) in the Woodlands! The product assortment improves every week, and is the best I've seen since Covid hit in 2020. There are literally plenty of options for everyone! The store leader is exceptional with a true commitment to Nordstrom service and Culture, which trickles down to other leaders and their departments/teams! The Nord culture is all about taking care of ourselves, each other, and our customers. Aside from the service the separates Nordstrom from the rest of the mall, there are so many unique aspects to this store that others don't have. Visit the Barista while you shop, or the high dining experience at the Bazille ("where everybody knows your name!") . With so many additiona services offered here, including personal stylists, monogramming, in store tailoring, bopus and n bopus, the Anastasia brow bar, gift wrapping, etc, this is the perfect destination for anyone in The Woodlands, or anyone visiting The Woodlands Mall! It is a one stop shop for all of your and your families needs! Even better, if you don't find what you are searching for, the expert, quality sales people can send you product recommendations through a link that you can order from!”

“I love Macy's but the dang escalatos are ALWAYS broken! Can't even enjoy myself! I kinda don't like that men's is on a completely different floor. It's also hard to find an associate for assistance.:(
Hope they do something about the escalators!!”
