ELLIE in the pharmacy who is a MANAGER at this cvs is Rude and racist. Her license should be taken away she is rude when you come in pharmacy and on the phone she literally hangs up on you or just places you on while you are speaking. She is so disrespectful when I advised her I was still speaking when she didn’t say hold and placed me on hold she ask well do you want me to help you or do you want corporates number. HORRIBLE SERVICE THATS RECORDED AND WILL BE POSTED TO SOCIAL MEDIA

Placed an order for a Canvas print today at 10am for a Christmas present, and went to pick it up around 4pm (same day pick-up) got there to be told their machine wasn’t working and I couldn’t get my print.. No phone call and no email saying my order couldn’t be processed. Worker wasn’t very helpful. Most likely wouldn’t use this photo center again. Wouldn’t recommend.

I just left CVS on 1488, 77384. I was trying to print some pictures, but really I was clueless. A young lady, Esmeralda, saw me struggling and came over to assist me. She was very professional & yes, helpful. Again, thank u, Esmeralda for being so patient & understanding.

Terrible experience. They never have prescriptions ready and don’t care. Rude and makes me worried they could make mistakes if they can’t get prescriptions filled after a week. Choose another location.

Yesterday I had a very bad moment with a boy who works in the pharmacy and serves the “autoafarma” I was in my car with TWO sleeping BABIES, I went to the car part because I couldn't leave my children asleep in the car. car and get out to get some medicine. I THOUGHT that in the auto pharmacy area it would help me. The catitee boy had yellow hair, blue eyes, and white skin. He was the one who treated me and he told me I'M NOT GOING TO HELP YOU, IF YOU WANT THAT MEDICINE, GET OUT OF THE CAR AND GO IN TO LOOK FOR MY MEDICINE... I kindly explained to him that my children were asleep, so please help me. I wasn't asking for food. or anything out of place, just some medicine for one of my children and still THAT BOY DIDN'T HELP ME. THEY SHOULD FIRE HIM BECAUSE IT IS EVIDENT THAT HE IS NOT USEFUL TO HELP PEOPLE AND HE IS WORKING IN THE WRONG PLACE

I waited a day to receive my antibiotics and my dad 2x called earlier today and they said it would be available after two. I go to pick up today and they say it isn't available until Monday. it is 7 pm and most pharmacies are closing. It is very inconvenient to go one day without antibiotics but the least they could have done was to have warned me prior than risking me waiting 2 days for a severe infection

Worst pharmacy ever. Drive through line is so inefficient and time consuming. Takes forever. Can't get my Rx right, 30 day vs 90 day. Waited in line forever only to be told to "loop around." Ridiculous.

Get your pharmacy people in order! Incredibly rude! They don't want to do covid testing so they'll keep you waiting until it's past the time and then act like they can't help you because you're "late". Don't sign up for the job if you don't want to do what comes with it!

CVS has a very convenient drive thru pharmacy. The employees are friendly and helpful. The self checkout option at the front of the store is also very convenient and easy to use. I also recommend the CVS app. It’s easy to use and makes paying for and ordering prescription refills a breeze.
