First off it takes 2 minutes just to go through a robotic system to get an actual person on the phone, and when you do they are extremely rude, uninformed, and not helpful. Got told rudely that no cvs in a 50 mile radius was going to have the dose of my prescription and they only have 15mg not the one I had after calling for the 3rd time personally. Mind you I haven’t been able to get these meds that I NEED DAILY for a MONTH now which has caused huge mental and financial burdens on me. I’ve called and my doctor has called about this prescription 6x now in total to no avail just for me to ask for a dose change and for my doctor to finally reach a competent pharmacist that said 15mg doses don’t even exist and THE CVS DOWN THE STREET HAS HAD MY DOSE IN STOCK THIS WHOLE TIME AFTER A MONTH OF BACK AND FORTH. Overall I have to say CVS as a franchise sucks, this is NOT location specific as EVERY CVS I have gone to even in other states has always had extremely poor reviews, rude, uninformed staff, that sadly really outshine the few staff that actually care and try, and so many other issues. It’s gotten to the point where I’m ready to give up on CVS as a whole.

I'm sorry to hear that others ha e had a bad experience here. Kristina usually greets people at the entrance and just absolutely goes out of her way to help you. The 5 stars are really for her. A personality like her's makes it worth coming here. I haven't interacted with the pharmacy, though, which is where I see many of the negative reviews directed. Can't talk about that.

Love my local CVS. friendly and helpful staff. Drive through pharmacy. Great selection of wine. Also a very generous cosmetic selection. Anymore many drug store brands are just as good as the high-end brands without the cost. ELF, NYX, Milani. The pharmacy is always busy but they do accept the Goode RX app so it’s worth the wait. Huge parking lot even for oversized vehicles. self service photo mat. Sad to see poor reviews I have never had a bad experience here. This is a great local neighborhood pharmacy in the Village of Sterling Ridge. the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They always acknowledge every customer that walks through the front door.

Celestia the pharmacy tech needs to be re-trained in customer service. Her customer service skills are 0 stars. She looked at my wife and I as if she disliked us from the very onset at the moment we walked up to the counter. It's important to note that we don't usually do business with this particular CVS, and we've never had any transactions with Celethia previously. We had never even seen her prior to yesterday.Celethia did not respond to any comments we made, she ignored us. If we asked her a direct question, she only gave a short, abrupt answer. She never smiled, was not welcoming, and made us feel unappreciated. When she handed me my prescription, she never said anything. She just handed it me. I said "thank you," and she did not reply. She looked down the entire time, not making eye contact.I feel that the management should be aware of her behavior, so they can possibly retrain her. If she hates her job, and working with people, as she appears to, then perhaps she should pursue another line of work.

This review pertains to the pharmacy only. The pharm tech, Celestia (not sure how to spell her name because she purposefully covered her name badge), provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Celestia made it seem like she could not be bothered; that simple tasks like ringing a customer up at checkout was the biggest chore in the world to her. As someone who is a medical provider and knowing that when patients are coming to you at a time when they are most vulnerable, whether it be from a simple cold or in pain from surgery, her lack of compassion, flippant attitude, and outwardly rude demeanor was completely uncalled for. My spouse was post-op, about 20 mins out from the hospital, in a ton of pain. He was waiting on his analgesics which unbeknownst to us required a prior auth. After speaking with his doctor’s office, the medication was ready to be filled and we were going to pay out of pocket instead of waiting a couple of days for the prior auth to go through. Celestia muttered under her tongue and said “she had to start all over again” with having to redo the prescription when we wanted to use GoodRx, which isn’t that cumbersome of a task but she sure made us feel like a nuisance. When I later asked for her name, she quickly covered her badge with a bag of Doritos that she was eating out of while on the job at the front desk of the pharmacy. Seemed pretty unsanitary! I don’t know about you, but I don’t want Dorito dust and saliva all over my prescription. Celestia also violated HIPAA by yelling across the room for my spouse’s name and date of birth. Please do better in hiring someone who is competent and downright kinder—someone who treats others like a human being instead of making them feel less than.

This CVS is amazing! The bad reviews make me sad as I've always had wonderful experiences. All the employees in the store section are hard working, kind, professional and very helpful. They have a great selection of items, even organic good quality options. The store is always clean. And my favorite part is the COUPONS and their rewards program. I always save so much much. Sometimes I get half off my receipt with all the coupons they let me combine. Their carepass is totally worth it.When I have had to use the actual pharmacy they have been good. No bad experiences there so far.Thank you to all the wonderful employees at this CVS location. You are doing a great job.

Please don't use thus location. The pharmacy doesn't know the medication even after providing proper information. This is a serious issue of security and saftey.

Tried to get a few prescriptions filled for my daughter. Customer service at the pharmacy was terrible. Told they didn't have one of the prescriptions in stock. No other customers waiting, but she didn't seem to have time to try to help find a solution. After consulting with another pharmacy and getting ready to make a drive to another CVS, the pharmacist says they do have the prescription in stock. Register person was again very impolite/unprofessional during the checkout process. Saw the store manager on the way out and mentioned the problem to him. He basically said he was aware of the problem and didn't have control of the pharmacy. Guess it's time for me to find a new place.

Just called to have my prescriptions transferred over from another CVS location and they gave me such a hard time I told them to just forget it. It would be easier to fly back to the CVS in Arizona then have them transferred here LoL in one phone call I can see why this location only has 2 stars SMH

THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE WOODLANDS AREA.First they said my doctor did not send in the prescription, which was not true. Then when I did return a couple of days later I noticed that my proscription was not supplied for 90 days , which is the usual. Instead they said my doctor had called it in for 72 days. I am a doctor myself and I know prescriptions are called in for 90 days and not 72 !! It was not a controlled substance and the pharmacy staff did not care when I refused the prescription and walked away. I will be switching to HEB.

Pharmacy staffs always helpful and the Indian man who runs the front cash register and stocks…I love him! He & I always greet each other and crack a joke or two here and there. His smile at the end of my day always makes my day?
