Tried to buy $76 worth of merchandise. The self checkout was so annoying that I just left all my items on the machine and walked out. What a system. Going to Walgreens now.

Pharmacist takes forever for new prescriptions

I am a physician and on July 5th I utilized the voicemail system to attempt to call in a prescription for a patient. The system took 25 min and 5 attempts to finally arrive in the pharmacy. Although I intended to leave a voicemail the system forwarded me to AN ACTUAL human being. The pharmacy assistant was rude when I explained that I could not in fact call back to leave a voicemail and placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I stead of waiting beyond that time I called their competitor Walgreens on thr same road and had the prescription called in within 3 minutes. I would highly recommend avoiding this location as their attitude is one of you work for me!!! Ridiculous and zero apologies for their system failures.

I see why they have low ratings. They have no concern or empathy for anyone or anything. They are quick to tell you to go somewhere else before they even listen to the question.

Joyce at this location is the most horrible pharmacist of all. I only had a question and she ignored me, talk to me about something different, and then still didn’t answer my question. I am very pissed and I don’t know what to do because she wouldn’t answer the damn question.
I will never come here again

This place is awful. I have not been there one time when I got my prescription without a problem. Words cannot express how terrible this place is. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I came to get a photo of my daughter printed at the last minute right before the store was set to close. I apologized for coming so late and explained to the team member that my daughter is trying out for her school’s drill team and needed a photo to attach to the application that she’s turning in to school tomorrow. Undaunted by the delay I may have caused in their closing procedures, the team member who assisted me was incredibly helpful and very nice. She even went so far to take the time to show me what to do if I came back and encountered any difficulties with their photo printer. Even more appreciated was hearing her well-wishes as I walked out the door, “good luck with her tryouts!” I was in good hands and felt like I was treated like family. I regret that I didn’t catch the team member’s name this evening but can’t sing her praises enough. In this day and age that kind of customer service is uncommon and should be recognized. To the team member that assisted me tonight: Thank you so much for helping me help my daughter get that much closer to fulfilling her aspirations of becoming a member of her high school’s drill team! I wish you all the best!

Horrible customer service. I was near the counter at 1:25 to get a prescription picked up. The doors were closed, even though she was on the other side of it. I’m on my way out of town taking my sick daughter to her mom and she just kept eating, nope not until 2. I get it but A quick scan and pay. Would have been done before 1:30 lunch start…

Since CVS closed it's 22614 Springwoods Village location, the 4775 Panther Creek location is the next closest location for me, and have had simply awful experiences there nearly every time. Why did corporate close that Springwoods Village location? The staff there was exceptional, knowledgeable, personable, and provided an excellent experience every time.Regardless the lame duck excuse of why they closed a great location and left a great staff either looking for a new job or a new location to work, my most recent, unfortunate interaction at Panther Creek happened when I called 2/6 and spoke with someone about having 2 medications ready. While my medications are not necessarily abnormal or require special ordering via Cardinal or whomever CVS uses, I always verify they have it in stock and that my Rx hasn't expired; she confirmed all of this and said they would be ready in 30 minutes. I had other activities to do, and decided I'd pick them up the next day (2/7). I go into the store at it's opening on the morning of 2/7, and the technician said they were not ready, asked if I called them in or ordered them online...told her all the above and she suddenly "found" my information and prescriptions, but said they wouldn't be ready until 4pm (7 hours later)...I asked why were they not ready, she couldn't say why, was borderline condescending and suggesting I was at fault that CVS employees didn't fill my prescription, or at the least let me know they wouldn't be ready a day after I called...she then asked me to work with her and come back since she was the only technician there. I told her guess I had no choice but to come back, but I stopped in there on my way to work and now wouldn't be able to get them til tomorrow 2/8, possibly 2/9- and now going 2-3 days without my medication. If my health insurance didn't have a contract with CVS I would have been at H-E-B Pharmacy years ago; but thanks to that terrific staff that was at Springwoods Village my perception vastly changed about CVS as a whole. But since the store's closure and the experiences I always expect whenever I walk into a CVS have continued, I have to deal with this lack of professionalism and absolutely atrocious customer service. Thankfully CVS hasn't filled my rx's for my children incorrectly (yet), so I guess you guys have that going for you...though it wouldn't be surprising.

Messed up my passport photos. Hung on me when I called asking for a manager. Same person who hung up on me is a assignment Manger. Management is the problem. Corporate is being notified.

If I could I would have put no stars. As a provider's office, this pharmacy is the hardest to communicate with. Pharmacist has never been nice, always rude. I understand being busy. We are all busy. But to be out right rude? There is no excuse. I will encourage people to NOT use this pharmacy in the future.
