We had the best experience getting my sister's prom dress here. The staff was so kind and helpful, and they had a great selection of dresses. There was an issue with the shipping of the first dress she picked, but they had amazing customer service, communicated with us through every step of the process, and helped us get sorted with a new dress very quickly. We loved working with this shop!

The best place to buy a formal! The sales person was extremely helpful. She knew the dress styles, fit, and had great recommendations we would have never thought of. I wish we had started our search here.

I'm giving three stars because we were not greeted upon arrival, and no one asked if we needed assistance. We walked around and then had to ask for help. The associate who helped us was professional and informative. Please note there is a limited selection of cocktail dresses in the store.

This by far was my most favorite place to rent prom and pageant dresses for my daughter('14-'19). A dress for all occasions... parties, photo shoots, dances, pageants, and more. Loved getting the flash sales, those came in handy. The service was outstanding each visit! As of now ('24) though they sell only, due to Covid.

Had a wonderful experience at Couture House today! The lady who took care of us (wish I could remember her name) was so very friendly and helpful. We never felt like we were bothering her even though she was helping several girls at once. Gorgeous dresses to choose from, by far our favorite selection after trying several stores in the Houston area. It was a great first Homecoming dress experience; we'll definitely come back next year! Note, I believe all dresses are for order only, in stock dresses there to try on, and you order your size/color.

Selling damage dresses and then they rip at seams before it’s even worn to event!! Offered no help terrible customer service do not purchase from them!

MID SIZE AND PLUS SIZE GIRLS ARE NOT WELCOMEThe biggest size I could find was a 14 and there were only 2 of them. Honestly if you're not a petit teenager, you likely won't find anything at all, all of the dresses were so small. Average to plus size girls deserve to have beautiful dresses too.

I don’t ever leave reviews but after the experience I had with my daughter today it’s definitely needed. First off prom dress shopping is supposed to be a special day . She never took my daughters measurements or offered much as soon as I gave her our price range she didn’t really want to do much for us at all . Very rude !
