BEWARE of this gas station if you use #UPSIDE app to save money on gasoline purchases. The station advertises the best deals in the area. However, you rarely get the money back. Upside says the store has to "upload" their receipts. When a store manager was asked why the money is not credited to customers Upside app, he said that Upside checks purchases against bank records to find claims on their app. (Doesn't even make sense.) BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!

overall worst experience and bad customer service. I came in yesterday around noon and it’s always the same girl who “assists” me. She is a light skin with glasses and she is extremely rude and always has an attitude for no reason. I came in and grab my items I was going to purchase and I walked to the cashier lane and she’s scanning without greeting or even knowledging me. And at the end she says do you have cash because our internet is out. She did not tell me whenever I walked in. No where on the door did it say our internet is out cash only. Literally waste of my time and overall rude employee behavior. I gave this location 2 chances and once again it has always failed and it’ll always will be like that. Lost a value customer. Hope you take action and actually do something about her behavior

Apparently it was a problem playing scratch off tickets for the employee working 11pm. He didn't want me to have multiple transactions, just wanted me to make the 1 purchase and leave. He works the cash register, why is it an issue to buy more tickets, or cash your ticket if it's a winner? This is your job and why you sell lotto tickets

Fast check out and an easy to operate self checkout computer. The restroom is clean and works like it's supposed to. The staff are friendly and there is friendly security.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Girl with the red and blonde braids and manager thats old as Santa would rather customers be charged $16 extra than do their jobs. Reported to corporate as well.

Circle k on Sawdust Rd in the woodlands has just lost a excellent worker Regina! She was fired because she had a altercation with a customer who was clearly drinking and she told them to leave the store !! How unjust.. she was a excellent magnet for customers attracting many with her Personality and concern for her customers !! She always worked hard sticking taking out trash and mainly worked the counter by herself with no breaks!! It is the law for her to be able to take breaks but she sometimes didn't because she wanted to make sure her customers were well taken care of... The new manager would stand in the front behind the counter not doing one thing but eating pizza !! I truly believe she was Jealous if her but that's my opinion!! It is the law that upon firing her that you must pay her all due wages immediately so I suggest you do so !! Regina was a single mother who now could become homeless HOW VERY SAD!!

It says on cash app you can put money on it at this store. I had a gut feeling the store would have people that are incompetent enough to do this... I was right. She said "ohh I can't do that." Pretty obvious she didn't even try. Waste of time. Not the first time this store has let me down.Also I think the idea there is an automated check out at the counter is disgusting. People should always serve people working at a counter not a machine. Not coming back

THIEF, DISHONET... there is no other way to describe the night manage "JAI", anyway his name tag said "JAI". I went to buy a lotto ticket in the station, he handed me a lotto ticket that was 2 days old. I did not have my reading glasses so could not see very good. When I got home I realized it. I called the store and told him, he even did not apologized he just said :if you bring it now I can change it" I went back and recorded everything on my camera. I want to see if I can press charges now.

I was walking and it was a very hot day. I was worried that I would have been dehydrated or worse a heat stroke. I then saw a circle k and decided to go in there. I didn’t have any money with me because I just meant to walk. I asked the clerks if they had any free water cups. They said not any free ones, then one of the clerks managers named “Janise” or “Janice” said “let him have it” I then got a big gulp cup, water and was on my way happy, to be honest I haven’t gone to this particular circle k at all before this situation happened, but now I will definitely do more business here!

Very rude staff. I went in to pay cash and get a drink. Middle of the day and apparently the lady had just mopped and is complaining about me and others walking though the wet floor she just mopped. There’s not much space to walk in the store anyway and you expect people to jump over shelves to avoid a wet floor. I have two suggestions. #1 Clean the floor at the beginning and end of the day. Not the middle. #2 fix your attitude at work. There is no reason to be rude to anyone for your poor choice in workplace. You don’t like your life? Change your circumstances.
