Disappointed with the packaging. It is so disappointing to walk out after spending a few hundred dollars, with my items packaged in stock bags, not branded anymore. What happened to the pretty packaging? I felt like I was shopping at the outlet mall not at the main store. I would highly recommend to reconsider bringing back the branded package to reflect the quality, elegance and uniqueness of your brand.

I visit this store often. I’ve noticed only two employees that will actually work and haven’t seen either of them in awhile. 90% of the time I come in, the person(s) working are behind the register and have their head down looking at cellphone. I get a brief greeting before the person puts head down and continues to look at their phone. The store has energy of an empty library. I want to buy something every time I visit (4-5 times a week). I am successful finding something maybe 10% of the time. Have been a loyal customer for years. Lived in many different cities with Club Monaco stores. In my experience, The Woodlands Market Street location has the worst customer service, mens inventory and atmosphere of all the locations I have visited. I’m sure some of the issues I described might be made worse with current supply chain constraints and labor shortages; however, Lululemon in Market Street is the best location I have ever visited. ?♂️ Hopefully, changes get made and I can update this review with new positive experiences.

Worst customer service ever. I have been to the the one in the galleria and it is completely different. The associates there pretend they are doing you a favor by letting you shop there. The manager is the main culprit she acts like she doesn’t need a job. If you don’t then “Bye” let someone who needs it have it! Clothes are great so I go there often and it is very close to my home. I shop online mostly but go there since there is stuff I have to try on before I buy. Clothes are way too expensive to have associates like that!

Houston's premier shopping destination. The Galleria is a place where people of all ages can come together and shop in class. Here you will find that to some people it is still important to get a bit "dolled up" and go shopping in style for all to see. The Galleria is not just a destination for quality shopping, but it's also a place when in search of fine dining. Whatever you're hungry for, they have it here. There is something here for everyone, regardless of how much paper you're carrying in your wallet. For example, if you wish to park your car yourself, well, that's free. If you prefer the luxury of valet parking, you can do that too just about anywhere. If you're going to be visiting from out of town, take a look at the area. Even if the mall isn't your cup of tea, the blocks surrounding The Galleria also provide many fine options for shopping and dining. Welcome to Houston!

What can't you find at the Galleria? This mall is huge! They have so many options within this mall to high end luxury stores like Gucci, Fendi, etc to simpler retail stores like H&M, Forever 21, etc. There are many dining options as well from restaurants in the food court to other restaurants like Cheesecake Factory. I did get lost in the mall because of how large it is; it felt like a maze at one point in time. However, there are directories conveniently located throughout the mall which were very helpful. The directories even allowed me to text directions to my next destination to my phone. I loved that. I went on a Friday afternoon/evening and although the mall is big, it was pretty packed. Many options here; you can't go wrong.

How is the Galleria just a boutique? Someone's writing pre-fab reviews. You didn't even mention the name of the store. Galleria's got quite a few.

I enjoy this mall and often visit when I'm in Houston. It has great restaurants and seemingly endless shopping for every budget. It can easily turn into an all day event; just watching the skaters on the skating ring can be time consuming and entertaining. If you're wanting a really good shopping experience, this mall is definitely for you.

No matter how much they remodel and renovate, no matter how many high end shops they add, this place will always be trash. Because they have a Code of Conduct added to most entrances but the many cops walking around the mall do nothing to enforce it. It's full of trashy guys walking around with pants around their knees but Gucci'ed down (laughable). Trashy girls with see through clothing. This was 2nd time this month I went to the mall and I spotted a woman with her entire boob out of her dress. It honestly looked like a strip club convention in there. And it's not everyone, majority of people age dressed nice ..... let's just say it wad a certain group of individuals who apparently have no respect for themselves or others around them. The are so many cops there, they obviously know some things go down there.

This was my first time visiting this Mall. And I can say I was actually overwhelmed. This mall is Huge. You need 2 days to be able to shop through the whole place. I mean we had to stop multiple times to ask for directions or use the digital maps to find the store we were looking for. Now the digital maps are amazing. You literally can search for a certain store and it will give you accurate directions from your current location to the store you are trying to get to. Any store you can think of shopping's is probably somewhere in this place. They have a ice skating rink...,that's right you heard me.....an Ice skating rink in the mall by the food court...so you can drop the kids and the Hubby off there then shop to you drop... Until next review Kisses

This mall is just way too big for me. Yes they have such a wide variety of stores, elevations, restaurants and kiosks but with so much traffic driving there and back makes the trip not worth it. The Galleria is way too crowded especially during lunch time. Plus if you are perhaps not as well privileged as I, then this mall will only remind you of how poor you are compared to the Louis Vuitton shopping bag carrying guests. The ice rink is pretty cool, makes me feel a bit normal and out of my despair when being reminded that I am poor. Always visit the mall map, it is quite easy to get lost especially when you live in the burbs.

The Galleria is the largest mall in Texas - 300+ stores, an indoor ice rink, two Westin hotels, and office buildings. Gerald D Hines Waterwall Park is within 5~15 minutes of walking distance and there are plenty of free parking lots (e.g. Saks Fifth Avenue lot and Macy's lot). This mall reminded me of Beverly Center in Los Angeles with tons of upscale brands (most of them are located near the Saks Fifth Avenue / Neiman Marcus areas), electronic stores (e.g. Samsung Experience Store, Apple Store, Microsoft Store, etc), Telsa Store, and apparel shops you can commonly find in other malls (Banana Republic, Express, Forever 21. American Eagle Outfitters, Lululemon, etc). Are there any stores that I can only find here and cannot find in LA? Not really, but it is still convenient that all stores are gathered in one spot. P.S. - You will not find Nike, Under Armour, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger, MUJI, and UNIQLO here (as of June 2019).

THIS PLACE IS HUGE! Walking this mall is great for your legs, lol. This was my first time visiting and I wish I would have made a list of the stores I wanted to visit instead of going in "blind", but I still enjoyed my mall visit.

Never left a review for the galleria but I decided to leave one today. It's a nice mall, one of the biggest I've ever been to (when compared to MS). They have every store you can think of, from high end (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, etc) retail to simple stores such as h&m. Parking is decent, there are about 2-3 garages that you will get lost in. But I've never had trouble finding somewhere to park. The food court is nice, there is a variety of restaurants to choose from, such as the Cheesecake Factory. There is valet parking, and other handicap services to meet everyone's needs. This is definitely a place to visit in Houston even if you only wanna walk around.
