I needed new rotors and brakes. I went in at 7:30am with 2-3 folks in front of me and I was out before 10:30am. Price wise they quoted me significantly less than the dealership. Overall I like the atmosphere and service and will definitely be back.

Prompt, courteous and correct service. They properly diagnosed the problem than a different repair shop did not correctly diagnose/fix. Once the replacement part was in, installation was quick and now the car runs as it should. No further issues so far. Alan was excellent in explaining clearly and kindly exactly what the problem was and the option to fix it.

I took my vehicle for 60k mile maintenance and I was in contact with Alan throughout the process. He was super cool and everything went very smooth. I did not have any concerns.Their prices are somewhat lower than the Northside Lexus, but don't expect a huge price difference. It is smaller and more customer friendly business than a large official dealership.Would I take my care to Clear Choice in the future? Yes, sure.

Took my IS350 F sport for a bad hub. I used my extended warranty with no problems. Mr. Greg and Mr Allen were exceptional with explaining in detail what needed to be done and how long it would take. Got an oil change for 109.00! Time is money so they got me in and out and back to work in less than 30 min. They gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. They also have a cool lobby with snack and drinks for your enjoyment. I tell you I will definitely be back to give customer service savy people my business.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Highly recommend this facility.First time customer with my 12 yr old Lexus, easily made appt and was provided a loaner, Greg made sure I was Informed every step of repair, the shop had my issue repaired before promise time and I'm very pleased with results!! Fantastic service. After having my car tested at a well-known auto parts store, I was told by them my car needed its alternator replaced. I called Clear Choice and spoke with Allen Adcock who told me to bring it in so one of their technicians could run their diagnostics. It turned out my car only needed a battery and because of the integrity of everyone at Clear Choice, I saved hundreds of dollars. From now on, I won't take my car anywhere else. I bought the pre inspection package and here's what I found out on my own after Clear Choice looked at the car.1. Engine air filter, no name, made in China, Replaced with PurolaterOne Advanced2. Cabin air filter, no name, made in Thailand, Replaced with PurolaterOne Advanced3. Rancid stench in car, had to deep clean, $7504. Pock marked windshield, replacement $18005. Drivers rear tire inflated 4 pounds over spec6. Rock chips on the hood where dabbed with whiteout LOL7. Engine bay and tires sprayed with thick shiny black goop, covering dirt. I'm in the process of steam cleaning the engine bay and cleaning the tires.8. Dirty, no name windshield wipers replaced with Bosch Icon.The good thingThey checked mechanical parts and options to make sure they workedScan tool tripped one code, Needs Spark plugs

My dealer included service recently expired, so I was pleased to find this convenient location with a comfortable waiting room and a reasonable price for overdue service. The estimated price given by Adviser Allen was spot on with no surprises and about half the price of the dealer. I especially appreciated the constant progress updates and explanation of potential future services with no pressure that really felt as genuine information to consider. The technician also found a minor issue with one of the shocks and Allen gave a great explanation and advice on addressing with the dealer to get fixed before warranty expired. This was greatly appreciated and saved me a headache in the future, with no immediate incentive for this business. I will definitely continue to visit this location for my future Lexus service and highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I tried The Woodlands location for my front brake service and was completely satisfied with the both the work and the establishment. Normally I would have returned back to the dealer but need an option over their higher prices. I did wait for this service and the facilities are comfortable and clean, same thing for the shop too! Do make an effort to either call them for a quote or drop by and visit with the location manager.Service: Brakes
