Someone came over to take measurements but never gave me a design. I asked multiple times for the design and there was always an excuse. Either this company doesn’t like certain types of people, don’t want any business or just unprofessional and lazy. Due to waiting almost a month for my design and only receiving excuses as to why I still don’t have a design, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company at all. If I could rate lower than 1 start I would.

We are very excited and happy after remodeling our two closets with Classy Closets.
People who worked on our project were wonderful. To work with Dyana was a very easy and fun process. Dyana is very professional, knowledgeable and creative designer. She understood our needs and designed the closets utilizing every inch of the space making it look very classy, convenient and stylish. She could find the solution for every challenging space in our closet. The result exceeded our expectations! We appreciate Dyana’s passion and creativity working with us. Thank you, Dyana, we were lucky to have you! Special thank you to Brandon and Dylan. These guys are amazing. They are very nice, professional hardworking young people. They have very high standards and did an outstanding job building the closets. It was a pleasure to have them working in our house.

If you are looking for the company to remodel your closet - we would definitely recommend the Classy Closets!!

My all around great experience with Classy Closets started when Miranda showed up as scheduled and presented me with ideas for cabinetry in my office. She gave me so many option and ideas and never seemed put out with my indecisiveness, lol. In the end we came up with something that was perfect for me.
The installation took place when she said it would and the installers, Brandon and Dillon, were equally wonderful. They communicated well and did a fabulous job! Nothing had to be corrected or repaired. They seemed to take pride in their work.
All in all the process was one of the best I’ve had in years. People just don’t care like they use to and it’s very frustrating! Classy Closets reminded me of what it use to be like to hire someone to work in your home! Highly recommend this company, especially Miranda, Brandon and Dillon!

We checked out several companies before selecting Classy Closets in the Woodlands. Starting out we knew what we wanted but we needed expertise to incorporate our vision into reality. I know that we were a little difficult to deal with due to the high standard we had in mind, but the guys at Classy Closets delivered and met our expectations. Steve, the man at the top, stayed on top of our requests and patiently guided us through the entire process including the many upgrades we wanted. Also, cannot say enough about the expert installers - Dylan was very knowledgeable and Brandon was simply outstanding. Both men were extremely neat and clean and respectful of our home. They completed their work with precision. Brandon kept me advised of what to expect each day and was very patient answering my many questions - his craftmanship was truly outstanding!

I had the best experience working with Dyana Berwin and Classy Closets. Dyana thoughtfully created a high end custom closet for me - with specific accents to fit my needs. She created mirrored doors with mirrors on both sides so I can see my outfits from all angles. Dyana also created a custom glass locked cabinet for my handbags.
Dyana and her installer Brandon were top of the line from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased!

We had a great experience with Classy Closets. The designer made the process very easy by providing an initial design and then making updates and tweaks as necessary until we landed on a design that was perfect for our space and needs. There are lots of options when it comes to colors and finish out. The individuals that completed the buildout were very professional and polite and easy to work with. The tear out of the existing framework left some undesirable markings and Classy Closets worked with us to get this addressed before moving forward with the buildout and this was much appreciated. Everything was custom cut and fit on site. The materials are quality. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommend using Classy Closers to upgrade your closet!

Dyana Berwin was our designer and consultant for the entertainment center. She demonstrated professionalism, humility and respect throughout this journey, from the designing phase to the final product. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of the colors and materials and a great sense of interior desighing.The entertainment center was installed by Brandon and Dillion. Amazing team work! Ms. Dyana Berwin at Classy Closets was just a delight to work with at Classy Closets. She is very bubbly and really does go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied. If you are looking to build any closet, laundry room, kitchen pantry, home office, then i would definitely recommend you check out Classy closets and ask for Ms. Dyana Berwin. Unfortunately , I am not able to address the workmanship or final outcome of the company’s products. My experience with a designer was initially pleasant and encouraging but I had to request the follow up designs we discussed twice — only to come up short of the very plan that sparked my interest. After multiple requests and responding that “its in the email “ , a call to the main call center resulted in incomplete design options and more failed follow ups.Perhaps a Laundry Room remodel was too small for their interest ? It’s uncertain why sales lost a solid opportunity . Sadly, a company depends on the genuine participation of its employees with success and reputation following .

We got quotes and designs from 3 other companies but CC was the winner. Best design for the money. Other quotes came in from 7K to 12K (for 3 closets) CC beat them all and the work was professional. We would def. use again.
