Came to get my 4 year olds ears pierced and when we first walked in there was only one lady working and she didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered by anybody. I asked if we could look at the earring and pricing she rudely said it’s by the front and never gave any more information or came to help. My son was nervous so we ended up only doing one ear. Later on in the day he said he wanted to go back and do the other one so we came back. There was a lady named Peaches who helped us and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet to my baby and had him feeling comfortable. If you are wanting to get your child’s ears pierced here definitely ask for Peaches!

BEWARE!!!! I came to Claire's today to pick up something I saw online and the gate was down and the lady inside said they would open again in 45 minutes. Very frustrating that a store can just close in the middle of operating hours. Employees in the other stores said they do this often. Just know....if you go there they could very well be closed!!

We went to take our daughter here to have her ears pierced. Staff rudely told us to wait (while they finished their conversation and messaged on their cellphones). Needless to say, we walked out without having her ears pierced. Terrible service…

Extremely horrible service, They yelled at my child for looking at the items and looking my kid accused her of stealing. Keisha and Karen have the nastiest attitudes ever, Ghetto and ratchet. The employees need to be FIRED immediately! Wild animals, Do not go here. If I could rate the service I would rate it a -1 or 0.

DONT GO THERE! The customer service was horrible. Kiesha and Karen were THE MAIN ONES,they were being disrespectful, accused us of stealing, and just in general this was horrible service!! In addition when we said can we go to that store next they made a rude comment and said "please..." THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!

Horrible customer service- the manager literally yelled at me and humiliated me. When I asked how much something was, she asked me if I knew how to read, because I didn’t see the tiny print behind the locked glass.

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible service. I ordered a pair of butterfly earrings and a makeup kit for my stepdaughter online on 12/7/23. Online orders are supposed to be fulfilled in 2 hours or less. It was not fulfilled that day so I called the next day to get an ETA. No one answered the phone. Since I was close by, I decided to stop by the store and see if I could just grab the items and they can mark the online order as fulfilled. I grab both items before going to the checkout and explaining the situation. The manager stated that my order was cancelled for low inventory (mind you, I have them in my hand).After I left, I called customer service and they stated that manager had cancelled my order at the same time I was speaking with her. So, she cancelled it because she didn’t want to complete it. There was barely anyone in the store.That manager needs to be fired!

Whoever opened on 11/27/23 (yesterday) is rude with a nasty energy. My family and I entered looking for some temporary earrings for my kid, she did not acknowledge any of us. Nor did she acknowledge anyone else that entered the store. When It was time to check out she just handed her hand out for the item, rang it up and decided to say “have a good day” which I purposefully ignored and left the store. Unless she is retrained or replaced I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Tread lightly purchasing at this location. The manager is on a power trip and implements store policies of her own. My husband went to return unopened, brand new items, the day after they were purchased WITH the receipt and card used and she refused to refund the card and would only give store credit. IMO this is theft on their end

Went to get ear cuffs with my sisters and the store manager was so rude. Neither employee nor manager acknowledged that customers were waiting to be rung out, they were chatting it up while there was a line of customers waiting to get their ears pierced.When I asked if someone could ring us out the manager rudely answered me ( that her employee was helping someone clearly on the phone, hearing her tone and the way she was talking to a customer I was staring at them and she had the audacity to clap back with “can I help you, there a problem because you keep staring at me” literally not even 5 seconds had gone by in what corporate world does a a manager act like that? What professional manager? None. And if a manager acts like that I could on imagine the staff working under them) while the Employee was clearly on her personal phone while she “rang out a customer” by how they were talking sounded like they were checking out another employee on the phone and the cashier used her personal phone to pay, unless Claire's now has IPhones for their cashiers to use to check out customers. ( she used her personal phone to make the payment again what customer would give an employee their personal number?? So on company time they were making personalTransactions and getting an attitude with a customer? ) When I asked the manager , if she was the manager, (before I knew she was/I assumed only a staff member could have been that rude and disrespectful) she again in a very rude tone answered yes, when I asked what her GMs name was then she decided to tell me, her cashier was on the phone with another customer, and I went on toFurther explain from that side of the counter it looked like a personal call and when I prompted to be checked out instead of a rude response she could have just told me “we’ll be with you” in a polite manner.I asked for her name she refused to tell me and went on to say “ I’ll call the GM and she’ll know who you’re talking about” so looksLike the problem comes from the GM to the store manager/supervisor and clearly the HR and hiring. No wonder so many reviews have been made and now I remember why we stopped going to Claire’s.Hire better employees and management staff because apparently the employees and managers are there to buy themselves products instead of helping customers on company time.I guess Claire’s just pays for employees to do whatever with horrible customer service on company time, pays them for their bad attitude and the store is always a mess!!!I would like to speak to the district manager because what are you doing???? How has there not been an intervention at The Woodlands Mall??? They were always peak but there are other stores nowSimilar to Claire’s with better services sure it’s a couple dollars more but I would rather have a friendly face and someone with a pleasant tone talk to me. Than be disrespected and talked to rudely from staff that’s there to provide services TO ME.

Rude store manager. I went in with my two kids and she implied they were stealing to her associates. I’m guessing she didn’t know they were with me, she cracked jokes and even followed them around the store for a while before i intervened. But i guess when you’re big and sloppy built with a slither of hair you verbally assault kids to feel like you have some dominance..

I called to follow up on an online order. Associate answered the phone in the most annoyed mood, and answered my questions very rudely. I am not going back to the store ever again.
