Had an appointment to close with a woman name Susan, she never came out, waited for over 30min a guy came out never knew what his name was, ask for a bottle water they didn’t offer anything, the receptionist just pointed to a where I can grab one, very rude, you’re getting paid not doing this for free!!

Erick w/ HarbertGroup.com and have used Chicago title on a few occasions. They are a great title company and easy to work with. On top of the transaction and very timely response. Would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in The Woodlands/ Houston area!
