First thing the banker says is "I have an 11am appointment so let's make this quick". Not a great first impression. As if my need isn't important and my time isn't valuable. You are a personal banker at chase bank, bro. I doubt you're meeting with warren buffet at 11.

Other than sandy ... no other person at this facility is helpful ... multiple times I walked in there for work issues .... employees were lazy and hiding under pretexts to help me .... had to call my personal banker to get stuff done .... sad ... how horrible the service is .... very disappointed

This was the closest Chase branch for the 2 years we lived in Houston. Sadly, the service was very sub-par. I actually hated going to this location. The staff "most" of the time acted like I was putting them out or asking for a favor, even though I was already a "valued" customer. Chase bank has been good to us overall, but this branch is not where I would back. Hopefully the new location is open in Creekside and you won't have to suffer through the poor service of this location. Happy Banking!

Clean, friendly, great location. Got it all in a location with shopping, easy access to roads. Lots of parking in private lot, All you want from a bank.
