This is the worst bank and will be closing can asked to add someone to my account and then was told I can’t due to time but wen I ask to close the account then it’s 2 sec NEVER USE THIS BANK EVER manager Jamie was no help as well

We just moved back to the area and needed to set up 4 accounts plus other banking items. It was Satrurday before the MLK holiday. We walked into the bank around 11am and knew they would close at 1pm. We did not have an appointment and hoped they could help us that day. We met Sarhan Reehani and he was excellent, professional,patient and went out of his way to assist us.We had all of our needs met and although we were there past the 1pm close time he still took his time with us. Walked us through evertything. I have opened a lot of bank accounts and can truly say this was the best experience ever. Looking forward to a long positive relationship with this branch, Sarhan and Chase.

Very unpleasant customer service, I have an appointment which clearly shows it’s from 3pm to 4pm in the email that I received and showed them at the bank, for me to be told my appointment is showing at 9am on their end, and no one can open my daughters bank accounts for them. I am 9 months pregnant m, it took a lot for me to come out here today. I will be closing my account and go back to capital one.

Just needed to cash some change at the bank I use. Usually go to walmart but their machine was broke. So I gave my bank a shot. The first lady I interacted with at the desk was very nice. Helpful, and allowed me to roll my change at the desk and even showed me how to use the counting tray. However, the second lady that came in to help her get the line down told me that one of my penny rolls were too short, and assured me she wasn't going to take it and didn't give me any time to correct my mistake or to double check it or even help me get the correct amount in the roll. It would have taken all of what, 2 minutes? This was not the best customer service and these are also the kind of employees that make customers uncomfortable and not want to come back.. Surely I'm not interested in scamming the bank out of 20 cents... seriously.Props to the first young lady, she has excellent customer service. Didn't catch her name. She has glasses and spoke Spanish very well. 11/7 at about 10:30am

I've been banking with Chase for years and today I went to this branch to make a deposit. It was my first time at this particular location. I walked in and there was a lady who was "directing traffic" and boy was she unpleasant. She was being rude to everyone for no reason. The very first thing she said to me was "What do you need?" in a very rude tone. I laughed involuntarily and told her that I needed to make a deposit. "DO YOU HAVE A DEBIT CARD?!" Yes ma'am I do. "WELL YOU CAN JUST USE THAT MACHINE OVER THERE! I DON'T HAVE AN AVAILABLE TELLER".You know, I'm not one to leave a 1 star review unless it is warranted, but this experience was so bad all I could do was laugh it off, do my business, and walk out. I will NEVER return to that location again and now I'm thinking twice about using Chase for my upcoming home purchase.

Sign in the window says drive through hours, mon thru Fri 8 am to 6 pm. Google says drive up 9 to 5? Which is it?

Opened a new account and the service was excellent!!!What I loved the most is the benefits they offer to veterans. It feels good to be appreciated for serving our country. Thanks Chase Bank for making the customer feel valued.Another perk is the Disney Debit Card yall ....Discounts galore.Finally, after my account had been set up the representative asked me about my future financial plans and I find that very encouraging for what I can expect from Chase Bank.

The customer service here is very bad. I have had multiple negative experiences with Alondra. Today I witnessed her and another teller talking bad about a customer is the drive up banking. Extremely unprofessional. Also I was making 4 deposits and it took over 30 minutes. Ridiculous.This banks customer service needs to be worked on.
