Unfortunately this bank branch has no drive thru..no teller to take cash deposits so not so good for these things not really a full service branch ..

Truly the most pointless bank I have ever been to! I don't understand why Chase wasted their money with this building. It is a bunch of offices and an ATM, so if you cannot complete your transaction at the ATM then you cannot complete it at this location. Thankfully I only stopped in because I had a question about my account so they were able to help me, but I heard them turn away a sweet older woman who just wanted change for a $100 bill. They told her that they couldn't help her and she needed to go to the location on 1488 about 15 minutes away. How ridiculous!

Every time I come in here I get met with some kind of rejection. They are closing 25 minutes early, or I need to schedule an appointment to see a notary. The lady said she had an 11 o'clock notary appointment and could schedule me at 12 o'clock, but here I am in the parking lot leaving this review and I see her walking out the door going to lunch. this place sucks.

A waste of a location. The hours are inconveniently short, I'm unable to do any banking there during the times that I can get there, and there isn't even a lobby ATM to take care of things I need to since I can't use a drive through. Other Chase locations definitely do it better.

Just joined this bank and had customer service issues within 1 month. I called the bank several times and they claimed Tina (bank manager) would call me right back. It’s now been weeks and no call back. I left my last bank due to poor customer service and now questioning whether this is just typical of all banks. Very frustrating that banks take your money and treat you as if they now have you as a prisoner.

Through this difficult COVID-19 time Chase was very helpful . My mom needed bank statements asap to be admitted to an assisted living facility. Most Chase banks were closed early during this time, and usually you have to go inside to request documents I desperately needed to get my mom where she needed to be. The ladies in the drive-thru were very helpful in getting me the documents I needed to care for my mom. Thank you Chase for caring. R.R.
