I didn't have an appointment and walked in. Syed - banker, was able to accommodate me even though the teller said there were already appointments scheduled. He was very helpful and took care of everything for me. Will definitely ask for Syed specifically next time I need help.

Went to the branch recently. I went in for a business account and other issues with my account. They said I needed an appointment due to everyone being busy but I could see a banker in corner, older guy named Neal on his cellphone not doing anything. Teller girl said he's busy etc... Another banker, Syed must've overheard us and came out to check up. Syed ended up opening my LLC. He worked as fast as he could since he also had an appointment coming soon. Syed was very knowledgeable and took care of everything. Wish other bankers here were like Syed.

I've always had a wonderful experience with every representative that had assisted me. Branch Manager is very present, which is important. I also work with Yari, who is very professional and helpful!

I attempted to arrange a meeting with a bank representative to open a joint checking account. I met with Syed, who provided misleading information because he lacks interest in his work. The woman at the cashier's desk was excellent and tried to direct me to him. However, he appeared to be feigning busyness, despite the branch being empty and no one being in his office. It seems like he was avoiding work and lacked motivation.Regardless, my intention is not to pass judgment but to advise others to verify information online before visiting the branch or speaking with someone. His name was Syed. Well done on driving customers away because of your actions.

We have a business account. Came to get notary service. We waited but there was no line. They told us to sit down and proceeded to help all the walk ins that came much later than we did. Then the branch closed and we were still waiting until the end.

I'm getting really tired of this bank. First off, what bank doesn't have a drive through teller. Secondly, I made a wastes trip to the bank because it states the bank is open on Saturdays until 1pm and they were closed (not the first time). I used the atm and during that time 5 cars pulled up, customers walked into the entry way and walked out because they too thought the bank was open. Hopefully they don't manage our money like they do their business practices.

Do not trust the people in this branch with your financial affairs. They are consitently incompetent, and unprofessionall rude, with no concept of basic customer service!!!Here is one case (there were more)!. They misplaced a large number of deposits I made in person with allejandro Garcia at the teller with syed (cheques from clients) and it took them 6+ months to recover them, and the entire time the branch manager (Alley Garcia) and the teller/associate syed taha refused to accept accountability. Unbelievable! I recommend trying other institutions before having to entrust your money with these people.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Absolute worst chase branch to deal with, unhelpful staff, a very unprofessional & rude branch manager. There's a reason why this location has such a low rating, beware of this specific chase location.
