This place is no good if you need to return anything. I had unopened, unused items with receipt and they said they couldn't return it. Why? Because it's a bad policy. I'll never buy anything from here again. No wonder they have a low rating...

Soooo, I have been looking for a particular item & had reached out to 3 different locations! My trusty advisor in Arizona was not available so I reached out to the one here in Ga. Alpharetta to be exact & the first thing after I explained to her of what I was looking for she let's me know that there is one in TX & goes STRAIGHT into payment requirements, not "let me send you pictures to MAKE SURE the item you wanted is what it is"!! ?? Long story short I decided to call the boutique in Texas & Guillermo answered the call & the 1st thing he said was "let me reach out to the boutique that has this particular vanity & let me have them send me the actual pictures of it & make sure before you make the purchase" !!! While I was on the phone with him he sent pictures of what he had (in a different color) to make sure we were talking about the same bag & less than 15mins later he was able to secure the bag!! Unfortunately their system was down last night & he let me know that the other store was closed already and is going to hold the bag for me & that he would reach out to me in the morning to move forward!!! At 11:05am this morning he texted me "good morning" & let me know that it was a go & whenever I was ready to move forward we could!! So I did & my bag is in route!!! Thank you Guillermo for your diligence & your commitment in making sure your customers are happy!! <3 oh and the lady from Alpharetta just texted me at 2:25pm talkin bout "sorry the bag is sold I will keep looking for you", too late boo I bought it already that's why!! Lol!!!

Extremely RUDE and CONDESCENDING sales associates. I asked them them to show me a different sized fragrance and they refused even though they had it in stock. They told me I could only see the fragrance after I made purchased it, which makes no sense. You are better of buying Chanel fragrance/beauty at Nordstrom or Macy’s at the Woodlands mall across the street.

Sarah was WONDERFUL! The customer service at CHANEL FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY BOUTIQUE in The Woodlands was above and beyond. The minute my husband and I walked through the door we were greeted. If I could rate 10 stars I most definitely would. Had a great experience and will be returning again.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. I like that they limit how many people can be in the store at a time.They do this to make sure that you are assigned an associate the whole time you are there. I like this attention because there is so much that store to look at. The store is clean and has everything that is available online. Their fragrance section is legit. I just wished they carried purses and other leather goods here too!

Why Chanel placed a quasi store in The Woodlands is surprising. Minimal inventory. Still have to drive 1 hour downtown for a purse.

Online says the store closes at 8pm we drove up here at 7pm and all 4 employees wouldn’t even open the door to atleast communicate that it was closed. They just smurked at us. This was my first time attempting to come shop here never again. Get nicer employees

Went in just to look around and see the store. And when I walked in a very lovely man named Ruben greeted me at the door and helped me with what I was looking for. Ended getting getting something and he even gave me a sample of a product that I tried out. Will definitely be coming back!
