How would you like to save $800 when you get a new AT&T phone? Well I did! Frank didn't have the phone I wanted for sale and instead of just turning me away he really went above and beyond. I had already b to AT&T but they wanted $1200 for a new phone and was told there were no discounts available to me. But Frank said there should be discounts available ( just not for my old phone) he very patiently looked up all the discounts available and i went to ATT and found out what phones they would trade in for $800-1000 off of my new phone. I went back to the fix and bought a used Iphone 11 for $200 and ATT gave me $1000 DISCOUNT off the same phone I wanted in the first place!! I didn't know any of this was a possibility - and i bet a lot of other people don't know. Frank is amazing! It's not the first time he has helped me, I absolutely recommend stopping by the mall and checking them out before getting a new phone. And I bought a ton of charges and cords for really cheap.
Thanks Frank!! And set me aside another phone to trade please I will be there this weekend to trade another phone

I called and asked if they would put mouse click triggers on my ps5 controller they said yes and they had the parts for it. Drop controller off and the next day they say they don’t know what that means and try up charging me for fixing stick drift.
