I had a custom engagement ring done here and I can’t say enough great things about how simple the Cassio team made the process. Very straight forward, honest and easy to work with. From finding the right stones for us to walking us through each step of the design process it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend them for any custom work and all jewelry needs.

Couldn't be happier! Paige is amazing - she really took the time to understand what we were looking for, and created exactly what we wanted. We went to a handful of different jewelers before finding Cassio Creations, and they were just trying to get us to spend a ton of money and then rush us out the door.At Cassio Creations we found a proper, sophisticated atmosphere, no pressure to buy anything, and incredible friendly, competent people working there. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs. Really can't give enough of a shoutout to Paige!!

I had purchased with Cassio before, but after spending $10,900 in NYC, almost spur the moment…I needed to trust someone. I wanted my rings to be soldered, without letting them go all the way to NYC. Cassio was awesome. They found some weak points in some of the smaller mounts, and offered to correct them. It cost us less to have them fixed in house, than we would have paid to insure them to be shipped back to NYC.Rings are back, and beyond perfect! They reassured us that our diamonds are amazing, and worth what we paid. And have offered to correct some weak spots that come with a hand made mounting! We will be spending a lot of time with these folks to make sure that my beautiful new ring gets all the attention it deserves!

I’ve had an idea for a reimagining of my engagement ring and another stone -for years. Cathy and Josh listened to my ideas and designed two beautiful pieces that were even better than my thoughts! They are stunning and unique and I can’t wait to wear them!

Cassio goes above and beyond to help customers. Between their amazing customer service, jewelry and design options, this is the ONLY place we shop for our jewelry and watch needs. From start to finish any adventure we've engaged in has been amazing. Charlotte is bright and wonderful to work with a receptive to partnering in designing rings and rejuvenating family heirlooms. I cannot say this enough: Highly recommended.

I would give Cassio Creations 10 stars if you could. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Kathy and Josh. I wanted to create a ring out of some of my beloved deceased Mom’s jewelry and it turned out better than I could’ve hoped. Each step of the process was done and explained to me as we wen. I picked up my ring on Monday and it brought tears to my eyes. I will definitely be using Cassio Creations for future jewelry projects. Thank you again, Kathy and Josh!!

Amazing jewelry store. They took my grandmother’s jewelry and turned it into a ring that will be treasured for a lifetime. I love the comfortable feel of the store and that it is family owned with the family helping along the way of designing my ring. I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know that this is where you need to go for jewelry. The best experience!

I went in for a small repair and was greeted immediately! I did not have an appointment, but they accommodated me. Told me about offers, and answered my additional questions. I looked around while I was waiting and their jewelry is lovely! They have a lot of wonderful choices! I will go back there soon as I also have a Birthday bonus coming my way!

What a pleasant experience! We had 2 pieces of jewelry designed in house with Michelle using the beautiful opal stones we got from Australia. This place met my expectations and beyond. I came here to get a family heirloom appraised and they were not only kind and accommodating but made the process easy and answered every “stupid question” I had, reassuring me each time that my question was not stupid. I plán on coming back in September with my husband to pick out a wedding band! I loved working with Paige and can’t wait to see her soon!

Can’t say enough great things about Cassio Creations. From start to finish, Paige made my experience exceptional. I came in to have my late grandmother’s ring cleaned and engraved, they brought her ring back to life and had it ready for pickup two days earlier than originally quoted, because I wanted to wear it to an event. She also sent me before/after photos and videos which I am grateful for. Unlike many jewelers, Cassio Creations has a very genuine, family feel. When I first took in the ring, I heard another employee calling their clients to wish them a happy birthday. It’s seldom businesses provide that type of customer service nowadays. I’ll be recommending friends/family and trusting them with all of my jewelry needs going forward.
