I walked in and immediately was discriminated against due to my age. An older man turned away from us as soon as we walked in and threw his hands up signifying his dismay that two younger gentlemen entered the store. The lady at the counter made a remark along the lines of “they’re just kids which means no sale.” Unknown to the employees, we are quite wealthy and were fully prepared to make a purchase. Screen your employees’ competence in customer service and reading the room, they just cost Breitling a sale.

From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of, and their recommendations were spot on. Felix went above and beyond! The first time I was just browsing, but he still took the time to explain all of my questions, let me try on all the watches, and was never pushy. He even gave me a really nice book on the history of Omega and the catalog. The service was what made me come back and purchase my first luxury watch, the black Diver 300 with rubber strap. I highly recommend this location!
