Great experience at BMW of the Woodlands. Brought my car in to address a Recall notice issue and to have necessary service to replace the car battery, spark plugs and to rotate tires. My Service Advisor, Gabriel Rodriguez, was courteous, knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in outlining service recommendations that they could perform to improve my car’s performance. Friendly with great communication along the way on the status of my car repairs. Very happy with my service experience.

My family and I will NEVER buy another vehicle from BMW of The Woodlands. They have a nice fancy dealership with nice fancy cars, but they’re no different than a used car lot in front of a salvage yard.If you do purchase a used vehicle, get an extended warranty, you will need it. Our car currently sits for repairs at Cadillac totaling approximately $10,000. BMW supposedly replaced a power steering pump after we put our down payment on the car and committed to the purchase. They kept the car for a week for these repairs. (you only have 3 days after putting a down payment to back out) Foolishly we held out, trusting they were making the repairs and it being done correctly. Here we are 4 months later and the power steering pump is out, power steering lines are twisted, front seals are bad, rack n pinion needs to be replaced and bolts are seized onto the sub frame. Just curious to us how they replaced the first power steering pump when the bolts are seized.Heed these words when shopping for a vehicle here.

Purchased a new BMW that unfortunately had issues that could not be resolved. Now this may sound like a bad situation but BMW Woodlands gave us a new loaner and worked with BMW North America to get us another car. We are really pleased with the service at all levels all the way up to the GM. Jason one of the service managers would communicate with us pretty much daily while our car was in service. I can’t say enough about how well he treated us. Jay our salesman was checking with us regularly as well and made transition to the new car very smooth. I would definitely buy another BMW from them.

Bought a certified preowned BMW and within a year of purchase the drivers side window motor started struggling to close the window. Took it in last month for the window and a tire inspection, as I purchased the wheel and tire warranty when I bought the vehicle. I was told my tires were fine and that they could not check on the window for a few days. I left with plans to return. Last week I came out of work to discover one of my ties was flat. Thought it would be a quick patch job so took it to a tire shop and was told that the tire was in such poor condition that they weren’t able to service it and that, in fact, all of my tires need to be replaced. Took the car back to the dealership that had told me only a month before that my tires were fine to address the tires and window. The service advisor couldn’t tell me whether the window that failed before 20000 miles was covered by the warranty, but would need $300 to tell me what was wrong with it. Also, only had 2 of the 4 tires I needed. Adviser said the other 2 tires would arrive the next day, but have no yet gotten a call a week later. After all that, upon checking out to pay for the two tires I was able to get, I noted the price seemed too high and asked for a itemized bill. Turns out they were charging me double the labor. Price was adjusted, but I wonder how many customers have paid too much without realizing. I do not have confidence in the integrity of this dealership and will likely not return after receiving the tires I am still waiting for should they ever arrive…

The actual service was great. Love the videos from the mechanic. What we are not happy about is the lack of communication. Our customer service person left for the day and did not inform us he was leaving and who was taking over. After 45 minutes from the text the car was going to wash my husband had to go find someone to find the car and the keys. That was like finding a needle in a haystack. Spending hours in a dealership for an oil change is not acceptable and I should have charged for my time. I expect 1-1.5 maximum, not 3+ hours.

I was pleased with my entire experience with this dealership. I worked closely with Tyler who went above and beyond in showing me comps, etc as we built and ordered our x7. Furthermore, he was always available to field questions and my end to end car buying experience was sensational. I highly recommend these guys!

"Recently had my BMW X7 serviced at BMW of The Woodlands, and I'm thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and welcoming, ensuring a seamless drop-off process. The communication was top-notch; they kept me updated every step of the way. The service team was meticulous, addressing all my concerns and going beyond to ensure my X7 was in prime condition. The car was returned to me washed and running beautifully. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Highly recommend for anyone seeking exceptional service for their BMW."

my sales advisor Jay Amer Ali really worked with me and is a fantastic guy. He gets 5 stars 20 times over. BUT I really wish the upper management at the dealership would have done something about the valve cover/PCV valve that is whistling on my new used 2016 x4 35ibmw. Found the noise after signing on a high apr.Seems they even fought my salesman on the topic.Service manager Jimmy Franks tried to manipulate my confidence and told me not to let it bother me that it could drive like that but eventually a engine light would come on . then he precceded to try and convince me that if I'm competent enough it's something that I can do myself. After needing a car for so long and after having put a down payment and signed financing for another car that didn't pass inspection because it was full of problems and yes at this same location= it felt really bad being told I was over reacting. I feel that I was put under nasty pressure becausemy necessity of having to have a car really put my back against the wall and I did purchased the vehicle. I was already knee deep with no turning back after 2 previous promised cars I couldn't risk going somewhere else with so many hits to my credit score. upper management at this dealership didn't make me feel good about my purchase. as a customer especially at a dealership with such Prestige, management could have replaced the problematic valve cover considering that its not even that expensive and they do have it in stock.(I checked) and it could be a one day turn around. I did buy the vehicle under alot of pressure from my personal lack of a vehicle. I left with my used bmw car but I feel unsure and unsafe at the moment untill further notice. I would have gave all the stars in the world and would have probably referred everyone I know to the dealership if they would just have helped me out a little bit. BUYERS BEWARE Hopefully they read this and if I'm helped I will retract my statement with an honest update. I'm an honest client who chose wrong apparently -, Juan Luis zapata III

I bought my car last week and warned the dealership that my transmission needed to be serviced. They refused to help me. Now a week later my vehicle is in the shop needing a transmission for the negligence of this dealership not completing with the Certified 125 point inspection. Now I am without a vehicle and livid about this whole ordeal. May have to proceed with legal action.

THIS IS the most incompetent dealership I have ever been to. I'm reporting to all the proper avenues! First, they tried to rush me with the buy. Second, they failed to do a multipoint inspection; the only thing they did was check everything with a pen, even checking the box that said the manual shift was shifting. It's automatic!!! They changed the exhaust back to stock they didn't tell me the car needs to be re-tune in order to drive properly. They tried to sell me an aftermarket warranty even though an aftermarket warranty does not cover modified cars. They keep the aftermarket parts even though I told them I'll take ithem home just in case. Check engine So incompetent they can't fix a TPS sensor.Failed to reinstall bumper stay brackets! Front suspension was unsafe! A goddamn low Jack on my car!!! Really!!! Yeah they install GPS They installed a cheap GPS that triggers the check engine light, they do they so they can recycle the car they want to buy it back and resale it and do it over and over again to maximize their profits!!! Stay away from here, the techs are incompetent! Sales are ignorantAnd the manager teaches this disgusting culture.

This dealership used to be professional. It's definitely changed to a much younger, ill-mannered bunch who don't know how to be respectful and professional with their customers. Our sales person, Jay, was very good but the sales manager could learn some manners. When he came to speak to us, he only introduced himself to my husband. Didn't even make eye contact me until I introduced myself and the purchase was for me!! We've been customers for almost 15 years and have decided to go a different direction. Lesson to the sales manager: read the room, know who your customers are and learn some basic manners.

I recently had the pleasure of having my BMW serviced at BMW of The Woodlands, TX, and I was extremely impressed with the overall experience. I would highly recommend the service department to anyone.I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable service advisor, Brenna, who took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the services that would be performed. She also provided me with a detailed estimate of the cost of the service, which I appreciated. My car was serviced promptly and efficiently, and it was returned to me in clean condition. Brenna reviewed the work that had been done with me and answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. While no experience is perfect... :-) there were a few minor tweaks that I felt could be improved, such as ensuring that clients are directed to the waiting area when they arrive. However, these are minor issues, and the overall experience was excellent.I would especially like to commend my service advisor, Brenna, for her outstanding customer service. Despite the fact that I did not have an appointment (my bad!), she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She kept me updated on the progress of my car's service and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. She deserves a promotion!Overall, I was very impressed with the service department at BMW of The Woodlands, TX. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service for their BMW.Thanks for the great job, Brenna and BMW of The Woodlands!
