was very impressed. It is very hard to find good customer service and an employee who truly listens. I really like the way he checked for understanding and followed up in a very timely manner. Great customer service! Honza took such great care of getting my BMW serviced.

If I can give zero stars I would . My salesman Nolan has been totally unprofessional. I purchased my vehicle two weeks ago and addressed some minor problems I was experiencing with the vehicle to my salesman and was told they’ll take care of the issues. I was totally lied to because I received no call back or service pertaining to my issues . The manager Tim has been no help as well. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy a BMW at this location. I been dealing with autonation for the pass 10 years and this has been the worse car buying experience dealing with their BMW store. If you can avoid coming here please do so, this place only cares about making a sales.

I went in first time ever to have my car serviced at this dealership. The experience from the receptionist to the service advisor was satisfactory. The service advisor was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I was out in a reasonable time as they had promised. I recommend them and will definitely go back there for future services.

Too expensive for simple services.
I spent with annual maintenance in another state and had to do the state inspection and replace my tires with ones that I had with me.
They did not offered a complimentary state inspection, even with my maintenance done a few months ago.
They also charged me almost 3x more from what the other tire store would charge for a tire replacement.
I am planning to keep using their services to keep my car running well, but for sure I will consider those simple services to be done in other stores.

As always, it starts with easy scheduling an appointment to begin the great service, it’s fast and easy when I need service on my BMW, from the great location to easy access to work, and when you need a ride back to or from work. And the awesome service advisor who remember your name and are courteous.

I’ve been to and I’ve been all over the country. Zachary made this experience so wonderful, my husband and I couldn’t be more impressed!

Warranty work was performed on our series 3 sedan. Parts were odered and received expeditiously. We were provided a vehicle while our vehicle repairs were completed. The service manager and advisor attentiveness to making the experience as convenient as possible earned loyalty credability from us. So far, our experience has been good from the time of purchase. And has continued after the sale. This experience must be part of being welcomed in to the BMW family! I think we can get accustomed to this quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised. In the past I have not found BMW dealership service depts eager to work on cars as old as mine. I needed an oil change and my friends thought I would be wise to take advantage of the free inspection they do. After completing a cross country trip of appoximately 2600 miles, it was a good idea.
