Gabriel, a service advisor, went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service today. Also the parts department came and looked to make sure we got the right part! We really appreciated the level of care and service and will be a repeat customer.

I recently purchased a used 2018 BMW X1 with 66,809 miles from BMW of the Woodlands. The CARFAX vehicle history report showed it was well maintained and while the AutoNation 125-Point inspection certificate noted a few items that needed to be repaired I was assured they had all been addressed. Two and a half months and 2,874 miles later while driving the car the transmission stopped working and I had to get the car towed back to BMW of the Woodlands. I was told that the driver front axle came apart and part of the pieces damaged the internals of the transmission, repairing the car (with a used transmission) would cost $21,159.44. Thankfully the car was still within AutoNation's 90 day limited warranty and the transmission was listed as being covered. I was frustrated but I understand these things happen, I assumed I would get a loaner and I could just wait for the car to get fixed. Well it has been 2.5 weeks and BMW of the Woodlands still does not have any loaners available so I've had to make due without a vehicle. The only update I've been able to get is that the car is being serviced and they don't know when it will be done. At this point I'm just contemplating buying another car and selling this one if I ever get it back. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had and is not the type of quality or service I was expecting from BMW.

my sales advisor Jay Amer Ali really worked with me and is a fantastic guy. He gets 5 stars 20 times over. BUT I really wish the upper management at the dealership would have done something about the valve cover/PCV valve that is whistling on my new used 2016 x4 35ibmw. Found the noise after signing on a high apr.Seems they even fought my salesman on the topic.Service manager Jimmy Franks tried to manipulate my confidence and told me not to let it bother me that it could drive like that but eventually a engine light would come on . then he precceded to try and convince me that if I'm competent enough it's something that I can do myself. After needing a car for so long and after having put a down payment and signed financing for another car that didn't pass inspection because it was full of problems and yes at this same location= it felt really bad being told I was over reacting. I feel that I was put under nasty pressure becausemy necessity of having to have a car really put my back against the wall and I did purchased the vehicle. I was already knee deep with no turning back after 2 previous promised cars I couldn't risk going somewhere else with so many hits to my credit score. upper management at this dealership didn't make me feel good about my purchase. as a customer especially at a dealership with such Prestige, management could have replaced the problematic valve cover considering that its not even that expensive and they do have it in stock.(I checked) and it could be a one day turn around. I did buy the vehicle under alot of pressure from my personal lack of a vehicle. I left with my used bmw car but I feel unsure and unsafe at the moment untill further notice. I would have gave all the stars in the world and would have probably referred everyone I know to the dealership if they would just have helped me out a little bit. BUYERS BEWARE Hopefully they read this and if I'm helped I will retract my statement with an honest update. I'm an honest client who chose wrong apparently -, Juan Luis zapata III

I bought my car last week and warned the dealership that my transmission needed to be serviced. They refused to help me. Now a week later my vehicle is in the shop needing a transmission for the negligence of this dealership not completing with the Certified 125 point inspection. Now I am without a vehicle and livid about this whole ordeal. May have to proceed with legal action.

THIS IS the most incompetent dealership I have ever been to. I'm reporting to all the proper avenues! First, they tried to rush me with the buy. Second, they failed to do a multipoint inspection; the only thing they did was check everything with a pen, even checking the box that said the manual shift was shifting. It's automatic!!! They changed the exhaust back to stock they didn't tell me the car needs to be re-tune in order to drive properly. They tried to sell me an aftermarket warranty even though an aftermarket warranty does not cover modified cars. They keep the aftermarket parts even though I told them I'll take ithem home just in case. Check engine So incompetent they can't fix a TPS sensor.Failed to reinstall bumper stay brackets! Front suspension was unsafe! A goddamn low Jack on my car!!! Really!!! Yeah they install GPS They installed a cheap GPS that triggers the check engine light, they do they so they can recycle the car they want to buy it back and resale it and do it over and over again to maximize their profits!!! Stay away from here, the techs are incompetent! Sales are ignorantAnd the manager teaches this disgusting culture.

This dealership used to be professional. It's definitely changed to a much younger, ill-mannered bunch who don't know how to be respectful and professional with their customers. Our sales person, Jay, was very good but the sales manager could learn some manners. When he came to speak to us, he only introduced himself to my husband. Didn't even make eye contact me until I introduced myself and the purchase was for me!! We've been customers for almost 15 years and have decided to go a different direction. Lesson to the sales manager: read the room, know who your customers are and learn some basic manners.

Not sure about those latest bad reviews, I however had a great experience. No appointment with a dead battery issue. Honza got me right in. As I was milling around the waiting area, sipping coffee, I was approached numerous times by service agents to verify someone was taking care of me. New battery installed and coded in short order. It was a pleasure spending time at this dealership. Honza is an outstanding customer service agent. Highly recommend for all you Bimmer service needs!

The service I received or lack there of has been disappointing to say the least. I have had to return two vehicles for separate repairs on separate occasions because the issue(s) were not resolved the first time. If BMW of the woodlands put as much effort into maintenance issues, as they do "good surveys," I would not have to write such a horrible review.

I've visited BMW of The Woodlands twice, and both times my experience was deeply disappointing. Here are my main issues: 1. Excessive Wait Times: For basic services, the waiting time was far too long, with hours passing by without any clear indication of when my vehicle would be ready. 2. Lack of Communication: Despite waiting for so long, no staff member approached me to provide an update, answer questions, or offer assistance. 3. Unresponsiveness: Whenever I tried to seek information, I was met with unresponsive attitudes. It felt as though no one knew the status of my vehicle, and nobody was willing to find out.In summary, the lack of communication, combined with the extensive wait times, has made my experience at BMW of The Woodlands one of the worst I've had with any service provider. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before choosing this location for their vehicle needs.

This place truly sucks. I was driving by so I decided to stop in to make an appointment to get my oil changed. First of all, no one helps you, I had two ask multiple people for a service rep and they actually don't care. Finally someone helped and I made the appointment. Fast forward to today, my appointment at 1 pm. I arrive at 12:50, again no one helps (at Mercedes Benz they rush to my car and open the door for me LOL) I asked a lady if anyone could help me and she said I needed to wait a second. Finally a service rep comes up to me (it's already been 20minutes) she tells me the oil change will take TWO HOURS. WHY AM I MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ? I was on break from my job and I figured an oil change would take 30-45 minutes. DO NOT come here. They suck. You get stellar service at Toyota. Why am I paying bmw prices for shit service. Go to BMW of Houston North, they are a million times better.

I asked this BMW location to order me a new keyfob. They set an appointment for me to set up the keyfob when it arrived. On appointment day, I sat around for nearly two hours only to find (because I was sick of waiting) that the item had not arrived. They said they would contact me when it arrived. A month has passed and no one has contacted me. I called today to find out what the deal was and they said the item had arrived but I would have to wait nearly 3 weeks to come in to get it set up. UNACCEPTABLE LACK OF SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.

I'm sorry for those who had a bad experience here, mine was everything but that. Upon calling the number attached with the ad I saw online (I did hours on hours of searching/browsing for the particular car I was looking for) I had immediate service within as little as 3 rings. I'm in Austin and prefaced so in my first phone call with my rep, Jay Ali. He jumped quickly to action to answer all of questions about my vehicle of interest. He was completely transparent about the condition and went above and beyond. My time was never wasted either and I received a quote for my trade in immediately while he and I discussed on the phone before I made my 3 hour drive to their dealership. I'm extremely pleased with the value of my trade in and the price I was given for my new vehicle. Thank you, and thank you for fulfilling my quest to be back in a Wrangler again.
