Went today to withdrawl cash from an account that I have been on for 20 years. PNC acquired the account when it switched from Compass. The manager I spoke with was argumentative and kept telling me over and over that another family member of mine was not on the account when I mentioned it. That comment had nothing to do with the transaction at hand and I was just trying to make conversation. He went out of his way to tell me over and over that my sister was not on the account and that he could not help me with the transaction. I had to go and get another family member who was listed as the account owner to finally make the transaction. I can see now why the ratings are so low for this branch. Definitely steer clear of this branch if possible.

This is now PNC. Shocker, the bank name changed once again. Not only was the transfer from Compass to PNC a complete nightmare, PNC in itself is a disaster! This specific location should be shut down as it creates more problems compared to when we use other PNC locations. So many stories I could type about but the most recent: My husband and I ordered a cashier check from our account. The bank where we were bringing it needed to verify the check, which we knew about and completely understand. We explained that to the PNC clerk so we were handed a business card with a name and number so the check could be verified "from any of us who answers the phone" per clerk. We went to deliver the check to the other bank - they literally share a parking lot so this was just minutes later - and that bank called the number PNC gave us. PNC told her they could NOT verify the check per their policy!!! We JUST left this PNC location and they told us they would but told our other bank they could NOT! Good bank- Woodforest National Bank. Worst thing to ever happen to banking (specifically this location!)- PNC!!!! Account will be closed!

This location was okay as BBVA and now as PNC is worst. You can only use the drive up teller and only one teller to work 4 Drive thur lanes. Since we can’t go inside where are the personal banker, branch manager they surely not helping customers. They can be helping this poor teller or did everyone go to lunch at the same time?

Me and My husband run an electrical repair business. He went into this bank because we received a personal check from one of our customers. He was told they would not cash the check because it was too large (it was not a huge check). Then he was told they weren’t going to cash it because he didn’t have an account with the bank. (The person who wrote the check does have an account they could have verified). When he asked to speak to the manager the staff laughed at him and told him that it was “weird” that he was asking them to cash this check. (They were stereotyping him, if you know what I mean). Then the manager comes out and tells my husband the staff told him that he was cussing at them. Which was a lie because my husband doesn’t cuss. After speaking with my husband the manager agrees to cash the check and one of the ladies literally snatched the check out of my husband’s hand. Is this a professional bank???? This customer service experience was the worst we have ever seen!!!

Recently moved into town and I love the customer service and warm welcoming I receive every time I walk in. Everyone has been nothing but friendly, helping with my banking services to even notarizing, love my new bank ☺️

I would never recommend this bank to anyone!!!! Everything is incredibly inefficient and the worst customer service. Good luck if you choose this as your bank. You will reach a level of frustration that you have never experienced before!

*** worst bank ever!!! ***tried to rip me off for $1800 on a car loan payoff claiming the dealer short paid it. they sat on $45,000 for two months instead of paying off the loan and then tried to charge me interest on the loan for those two months. nice scam if you have an unsophisticated customer base. they would not fess up to the scam until threat of litigation, now they are supposed to be sending refund check for $1,800. run, dont walk, from this bank full of idiots! the "checks in the mail" could be lip service, we will see, may have to litigate ultimately.

I only come to this branch once a month but not once Ive had a different experience. You can sit in your car forever and never be acknowledge through the drive thru. When you send the tube is when they come and only to ask (sometimes) what you need to be done. When done they say thank you and thats it nothing to go out of their way! Ive talk to a manager before and you then understand why the employees are how they are, zero interest from him as well! Very bad customer service!!
