Very bad customer service! They provide notary service to its customers but are not aware of notary’s responsibilities and how and what to notarize! Simply I don’t care attitude! Very frustrating experience.

Be wary of giving this business your money. I opened a high interest savings account for a supposed Bonus of $500. After maintaining direct deposits of over $12,500 a month these BUMS gave me that bonus, today a few weeks later they suddenly close my account with no explanation or notification. The only reason I found out is because my Zelle disconnected and I got an EMAIL FROM ZELLE NOT THESE BUMS. Literally right before I gotta pay rent. Now I gotta wait for a check, my rent ain’t waiting. Run me my money you terrible terrible business establishment.

Service should be your strategic advantage, but you offer poor service.I stopped by PNC to enquire about their high yield savings account. I was helped by a gentleman who seemed disinterested and not well educated on PNC products.I am giving them a 2 because the front desk lady was very welcoming and professional.

My experience with this bank has been extremely frustrating. The lack of customer service is truly appalling, as it seems that nobody at the bank genuinely cares. They mishandled a simple local wire transfer I made to a business for a property closing, causing a two-day delay with no explanation. This mistake cost me the opportunity to close on the property. Even now, the bank seems clueless about the whereabouts of my money and is still conducting an investigation.To make matters worse, I woke up this morning to find a negative balance in my account due to a debit transaction I was unaware of. When I inquired about it, I was informed that a teller had mistakenly withdrawn funds from another account instead of mine for a transaction done two months ago, only to realize their error now, resulting in a debit from my account.I escalated these issue to the highest degree at the bank but looks like the whole company works in that way and do not care about customers.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK !!

Had to come in to get a new debit card because mine just stopped working for Jo apparent reason becire I head to Mexico. They had only one employee that could “help me” they treat you like cattle scanning to go in line and not enough employees to provide good customer er service.

This was a very good bank with friendly efficient service (BBVA Compass)but now as PNC Bank, it is a bank that has very poor customer service. We have maintained accounts with the various banks through mergers and acquisitions at this branch for over 30 years, but since PNC took over, we have lost our patience with the banking service provided. Examples:Only one teller to service both the drive through and walk-in traffic on a Friday, and officers who state the bank does not sell savings bonds. Complex policies in cashing small divided checks from Fortune 500 NYSE traded institutions.I am so disappointed in the service with PNC.

Don't go to this branch. Worst branch I have ever been to, they know nothing about working with loyal customers. I've been with compass for over 15 years and my experience with the manager there is making consider and new bank all together. AVOID THIS BRANCH!!!!

This Bank works really well for me Coming from Chicago and comparing banks This one has better interest rates, better credit card products and of course less fees and ease international transfers So 5 stars And also service here at this location is always nice and helpful.
