WORST dealership ever!!! They are GREAT when BUYING your car BUT any routine maintenance service TAKES FOREVER and NO loaner cars unless you book a MONTH in advance and even then sometimes you get there and they say “I’m so sorry but we don’t have a loaner available!” So if paying $120,000.00+ for a car GO ELSEWHERE!!! Northside Lexus and Mercedes dealerships are fantastic!!!

I bought my XT6 at bayway and the service was incredible. Then a year and a half later, my breaks were squealing. Bayway delivered a rental car to my house and picked my car up! And they gave me another XT6 to drive while they figured out what the problem was. The service was impeccable.

I was recently shopping for a new car. I had previously driven BMW/Mercedes, but wanted to do a short term lease until I decided on my next purchase. I saw an ad from Bayway and couldn't pass it up. The ad stated you could lease a 2023 XT4 for $0 down with a payment of $299/month for 36 months + taxes/title/fees. It's been a while, but I've leased several cars over the years. Generally, those fees, taxes, title add up to around $6 to 700. I called about the special to see if it was indeed legit. The person I spoke with said yes, but there were only a few cars that qualified. Again, I asked if it was legit...I didn't have time to waste. He said yes, so I set up a time to visit the showroom. Later that afternoon, I show up and meet the salesman. I reiterate that I'm only interested in the lease special. I showed him a copy of the ad. I told him emphatically that I'm looking for an inexpensive lease. Yes, I know if it seems too good to be true, it probably is, but I had asked and it was confirmed. Soooooo, we go on a test drive. He told me it was only for their loaner cars. I said to him, that's not what was implied in the ad, but nonetheless, we finished the test drive. I told him, I want it...because I couldn't lease a Corolla for that price. We go back to the office and we were told to wait in the lounge. I continued to think to myself...there's no way but...since it's a 2023 lease with only 10k miles, maybe they are wanting to clear these last few vehicles off the lot. The salesman calls us back to his office and tells us that he spoke with the sales manager and that there would be between 7-8 in fees. I'm thinking 7-8 hundred. He told me 7-8 THOUSAND in fees. I told this kid I was ticked because they did the old bait and switch...but the thing that got me most of all is they completely wasted my time. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! First of all, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to do this. Second of all, I will NEVER give this place ANY business of mine. Respect people's time and BE HONEST! Your company is what gives car dealerships a bad name!

Just had my Escalade V brought in for maintenance and Randall was my advisor and he had the best customer service I've received in a long time! Would definitely recommend him and will definitely bring my vehicle back to him again.

We purchased an Escalade ESV from Bayway Cadillac. We worked with Isabel in sales and Audrey in finance. Isabel was very patient working with us in our decision making process. We never felt pressured and she was open to working with us over two weekends to find and price the ideal Escalade. It has been by far the best car buying experience in our 30+ years since our first new car.

Since the week that disestablishment open they have taken care of three different Cadillacs that I own there's always a strong level of respect given by all the employees, there is comfort food while you wait as well as water coffee soda as well as the service that is performed is unparalleled by other Cadillac dealers in Houston's, woodlands, Montgomery, Texas.

Let me start by saying that the car was incredible and the salesman was very polite and kind. I was truly pleased. We came in on a Friday and test drove an Escalade. They added a $10K premium to the price, which I told the salesman I was not willing to pay. He said it was pretty much set on all Escalades, and if I wanted to go somewhere else I would be waiting two years. So that was enough to make me leave. Thirty minutes later I got a phone call from the manager saying they would remove the premium and give it to me at MSRP. I told him that I had to go out of town and I would be in touch. That was a week and a half ago, and they have literally called me every single day since then. I have literally received 10 phone calls from the dealership since I left that day. If you are ever interested in just looking at a vehicle to see if you might be interested later down the line, I would not recommend going into Bayway, because they will not respect your space to make your own decision.
