My friend and I love this location! The space is always organized and clean and the employees are always super friendly!! Shout out to Sara, the associate that checked us out. She was really friendly and knowledgeable about the app!!

I love BBW, but this location has poor customer service. I went in recently and wanted to buy a few things, but the line was so long. There were two cashiers and three other staff chatting at the front of the store, oblivious to the long line of customers waiting. I'll be going to another location from now on.

This particular location, I would definitely double check items ,that associates have gotten for you. I Visited on 12/10/2023, there was a slight issue with using my rewards on sale items,(one employee said it would be fine, the cashier said no) no big deal, so I opted to get another bottle of perfume. The cashier said she would go grab it, she came back, "scanned" the item and put it in the bag with the rest of the already bagged items. I decided to start wrapping Xmas presents and notice the bottle that she grabbed had the "try me" sticker on it, covering up the bar code. (So of course there is no way to actually scan the bar code) I guess she didn't like our interaction, or maybe because the store was busy and it was easier for her to give me the used up bottle then to admit her mistake. No matter the reason, it is very unprofessional. Mistakes happen but she had to have realized her mistake when she tried to scan, an un-scanable barcode. Luckily, I was able to contact customer support online and explain , so instead of driving 2 hours to rectify the cashiers mishap, I only have to drive 20 minutes.

I just wanted to commend the staff on their wonderful customer service. I have never gone there, and they weren't smiling and helpful. The store has a wide variety of items, and I've never had a problem during purchase or returns. Keep up the great work. Management is doing something ✅️
