“I had a fantastic experience with Glen, a mechanic located in Houston, when I faced a major oil leak while out of town. Although he couldn’t help me immediately, he provided valuable advice and solutions, which was incredibly appreciated. After we decided to use Glens services, we had the car towed and dropped of for service to be completed a couple days out. When I returned to town to pick up the car our battery was dead. When I mentioned this to Glen and his mechanic they were quick to jump to action and completed the repair quickly and smoothly. They also replaced the dead battery at no charge. Glen advised us to drive the car for at least 100 miles to ensure no new codes appeared, and thankfully, everything has been running perfectly.

What stood out most was their exceptional customer service. They were kind, soft-sooken and genuinely caring, treating us like human beings rather than just a number. Their customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time and truly restored my faith in good service. It was also a cute surprise to meet their mascot dog, who is absolutely precious. I highly recommend Glen for his excellent service and genuine care. There are still good people out there!”

“UPDATE. I received a response from management the day after I submitted my original rating. They were FAST to respond asking me for a chance to redo my car. Bobby, a manager, helped me and went above and beyond removing the tree sap from my windshield and car body. He first had me go through the carwash again, then spent 15-20 minutes working on my car removing all the tree sap. He was very personable. Definitely a 5-STAR experience on my followup visit. Yesterday I Went back for the first time in a while to Sparkling Image car wash. Basic car wash was $25.99. I know price of everything has gone up but was $19.99 last time I went. I don’t mind paying that kind of money if I know I’m gonna get a quality car wash. Unfortunately, on my way home I discovered several spots on the windshield that were sticky residue from bird poop that wasn't cleaned. They should’ve scraped it and got it off when they clean my windshield. Very disappointed in the quality of service for money paid. Not planning on going back.”

“The attendant was extremely polite. It is an awesome concept to have your car detailed while you're at a restaurant. Overall the service was good. They could have vacuumed between the seats better. The price was a little high.”

“Friendly staff, strong equipment for you to vacuum and also has air hose. What a bonus with the air hose. This place is tucked away in the woods, and I believe I was the last person to go through before closing. The staff waited patiently while I detailed my car. I didn’t realize that I was holding up the closing. Nevertheless, the staff waited patiently and did not rush at all. I recommend this car wash.”
